Monthly Rentals in Sergeant Bluff

This was our second annual stay at Kristine’s. We love the little cottage. It is very homey, love the location and privacy. We hope to make this an annual trip. The cottage is very well kept, bedding and bath towels are provided and is well stocked with dishes, silverware, pans,etc in the kitchen.

This was the perfect place and fit all of my families needs. Was close to all of my family we were there visiting and even tho there isn’t a ton to do unless you’re active and are able to get out and do some walking or hiking, there’s still plenty to find to do. We were very happy with the location, was quiet, loved hearing the train from time to time and neighborhood was pretty quiet. I would highly recommend Vaughn’s place if you’re looking for a place to stay. Thank you so much for everything Vaughn!

Highly recommend Dawn's place! lovely clean home, great location. Instructions were easy and had great communication with host.

It was great nice and clean it has everything I needed if I come back in Sioux City Iowa I will like to stay at the same place.
