The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

The flat is at ground level, barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. You can stop your car directly at the entrance door, load your luggage and shopping and then park your car safely and free of charge in the underground car park. Brought Bicycles can be parked directly in the flat in the hallway area.

In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

You'll love my place because of the total peace and the direct view of the Elbe with its own gravel beach in front and its own forest behind.
