The property is new and clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location is convenient to wineries, breweries and other attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Stephanie’s place was exactly as pictured/described and just what we needed for a 2 night stay. The space was comfortable, nicely styled and very clean. We arrived late and Stephanie offered to turn on lights and air to make our arrival that much easier and more comfortable. She responded to simple questions quickly and kindly! We definitely recommend and would stay here again should the need arise!!

The name of the place advertises it perfectly as it is truly Nuthin' Fancy. But that's ok especially if you're the traveler who only needs a place to sleep and cook a quick meal to save on meal expenses. there is only 1 small window ac unit in the upstairs so in the middle of the summer I can see the place getting hot, but fortunately it was a cool June weekend. I would absolutely recommend this place.

We encourage everyone to have no concerns about this unit! Host is great, 5*****. We booked this unit because we ride a motorcycle and because of its central location to all the Finger Lakes, towns and Lake Ontario. We are very satisfied and hope to book again soon!

This place is a total gem! Perfect location right at the top between Seneca/Cayuga lakes, drive to the bottom each day and work your way up one side! Wineries,shops, restaurants,farms… Muranda cheese is very cool:) the space was perfect with friends or a couple because the 2 bedrooms are opposite ends with a bathroom for complete privacy. Beds were super comfy..wonderful new amenities! I would stay here again and again! Thanks for having us!

We’ve stayed at Emily’s house two years in a row for our fishing tournament weekend, and it’s been perfect each time. The home is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked—everything we needed to relax after long days on the water. Great location and plenty of space for our group. Emily is a fantastic host—responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again

This is a cute little house on the north end of Lake Cayuga. We had fun exploring the house, cooking food, and resting from our drive. Kayaking on Lake Cayuga was an unexpected treat!

Peaceful location just what we needed for our family. It was easy to check in and out. Loved seeing the cows. Ashley was a great host; she was available for any questions

Wonderful apartment in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Clean and comfortable and located right on Main Street in Trumansburg. We enjoyed starting and ending our days at the towns cozy shops and restaurants and venturing out to the wineries and breweries during the day. Host Daniel was very responsive, as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Karen was a responsive host and her place exceeded our expectations. Not only is the apartment stunning, spacious, quiet, and clean, but it is in a convenient location for visiting surrounding wineries (you can even walk to one of them.) We loved our visit and would highly recommend staying here.

A nice cozy spot within the finger lakes that offers some seclusion after having a busy day!

We had a great stay in Geneva, right on the water. We stayed in the cottage property and luckily for most of our stay, there was no other guests in the main house. With that, we felt more comfortable using the shared deck and game room. The cottage was perfect for our stay, very local to downtown Geneva easy to get to other wineries, breweries, hikes along Seneca Lake. Although it rained most of our trip, so we didn't get to use the kayaks, but we were able to enjoy a night outside with the firepit by the water (make sure to bring your own wood / lighter to get this started!) The game room was also super fun and a nice feature! Overall, we had a great stay and no complaints! Would recommend for a couple looking for a nice stay on the water.

Lovely place to stay if you are going to Cayuga Lake! Home was equipped with almost everything you could think of! Home was also very spotless and amazing view of the lake!

Had a lovely little visit. The place was very roomy and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They gave us a tour, restaurant recommendations, and even had a few little snacks and coffee available. It's close enough to the downtown to walk to the cute main street.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Janelle's airbnb. The sights and sounds of this rural, quiet country road with the pond and fields is so very beautiful. The place is tastefully decorated, cozy, clean and spacious. We look forward to visiting again, any time of year would be absolutely gorgeous there!

This location is great! You can walk to many restaurants and Marinas! The house is very new and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Rachel’s place was phenomenal! It was clean and cozy, and perfect for a quick escape from NYC. It was also close enough to be right in downtown Ithaca within minutes. I will definitely be back again!

Just got back home to Mi. after attending the Six Hours @ The Glen. I not only met John but had the pleasure of meeting his father as well. I cannot give their place high enough ratings. The peacefulness and solitude of the area is beyond belief. The wife and I absolutely loved it. You will look long and hard to find a better Host. Thank you very much John. Lori was amazing at communicating with us about some issues we had leading up to our visit. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Great stay! Wonderful visit with 3 adults, we gave my mom the larger room and my sister and I stayed in the room with the trundle bed. The living room area was so nice to spend time planning our day or visiting together at the end of the day. Great walking to breakfast and dinner spots. The location will be even better when the renovations are done by the water. Parking was easy and a great home-base for visiting the manyFinger Lakes locations. My mom said the pillows were so comfortable! Great that there was a hair dryer and even a steamer if someone needed it! Many coffee and tea options in the kitchen.

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.
