Our family had a wonderful stay! Lovely surroundings. Good books. Cool antiques. Perfect for a Fall getaway.

This was a great place to spend quiet time with family. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Well maintained and thoroughly clean. We were three couples and each had a bedroom and bathroom on separates floors of the house. There is also plenty of gathering spaces on the main floor both inside and outside. There is a wonderful, fully furnished fire pit including fire starters and campfire blankets. And the wonderful kitchen was spacious, easily accommodating multiple people to prepare meals. A+ to the owners and cleaners.

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron’s place! The house is beautiful and spotless, the beds and furniture are comfy and cozy, and it is filled with great amenities. The view is absolutely stunning! It is a quiet and peaceful location, but close enough to the quaint town of Skaneateles. Aaron was a fantastic host! Communication was always super fast, and Aaron did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely return to this beautiful property!

We stayed for four nights with six people and three pets, and it was perfect for our needs. We were comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful!

We loved our stay for our annual summer end vacation that we’re planning on booking for next year. The pool & hot tub are absolute perfection. We were able to comfortably cook all our meals & simply enjoy being in a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, pillows, linens & blankets. On top of the 4 beds, there is a Murphy bed & chairs that convert to beds! The property has gorgeous views of the bay with quiet but friendly neighbors. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with everything that you could possibly need then this is the place for you!

This home was absolutely perfect! It’s such a beautiful place, well stocked, and so comfortable! The hosts were amazing and the best stay I have had in the finger lakes! I would highly recommend for anyone coming to the lakes! Beyond amazing!

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

I highly recommend Dan’s place. It’s clean, beautiful lake view and equipped with everything we needed. ideal location with great accommodation. Close enough to many state parks to hike as well as wineries to enjoy. Dan was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Beautiful lake views. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Clear instructions and communication. Home is older and could use some updating but was very clean with almost everything we needed. We did need to bring our own pack and play etc but we contacted ahead and knew to bring the necessary toddler items which was no problem for our party. Main floor was open and a great gathering space with large dining table. We overall had a pleasant and positive experience and we would stay again.

We just needed a place to stay after a wedding so it was perfect.

Lori's place was perfect for our annual visit to the Finger Lakes. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable- the beds are some of the most comfortable we've stayed in. The kitchen is well appointed with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and we were able to make breakfast every morning before heading out to the wineries- there is even a wine cooler for our favorite white wines! The weather was perfect, and we had our coffee on the back deck every morning by the lake, and enjoyed a blazing fire every night! This area offers so much to do and see, and Lori's place is a great location providing waterfront comfort, and close to the wineries and restaurants. We were able to visit Mackenzie Childs, do a free house tour, then shop in the store- highly recommended! We also went to Skaneateles for some fun girls shopping, took the boat tour, and visited Anyelas winery for live music with a beautiful view! Lori's place is perfect for visiting this area, we give it 5 stars!

We had the BEST stay at Kelly's beautiful home. The views were unmatched, especially amongst the fall foliage. The house was so clean and cozy. We'll be booking again in the future!

Ashley was a wonderful host! Extremely easy to communicate with and the home was beautiful. Cows are an excellent addition! Would recommend brining additional paper towels + paper plates.

Wonderful place to stay. Tracey was a welcoming host and this is one of the cleanest and best organized properties we've stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped to the point that it's actually possible to prepare food from the grocery store (not a given in reality in many places). We loved the location (easy to walk into town and to the Lake) and also very close to HWS campus. Close to Wineries for trips out too. Would definitely stay here again!

Several families members and I decided to take a long weekend on Seneca Lake and this house was perfect! It is bright and spacious with gorgeous views and plenty of outdoor seating. There are also restaurants and wineries/breweries close by. We would definitely rent this house again.

Exactly as described, beautiful home the pictures don’t do it justice. Easy check in and check out. Jill was extremely communicative from the start which made everything easy, also many home items included which saved us! Looking forward to staying here again in the summer! Thanks Jill!

Loved the cottage, which easily accommodated 2-10 family members during the week! Beautiful, private location w/an excellent lake front and boating options. As stated in previous reviews, you can hear each other in the space. It helped that we are family. Wonderful jacuzzi tub in first floor suite and good water pressure in first floor shower. We loved the big farm table for meals and games. Seats 10. The incline to the lake takes some care w/older guests but overall was accessible. The views from the cottage are spectacular and Geneva is only 10 minutes away. We would definitely return to this cottage!

The house was in a good location. It was very spacious and clean. The inside of the house was recently renovated and had a very modern feel. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when we reached out with a few questions. We will definitely try to book this house again in the future!

We had such a wonderful time. Patrick and Pat were the most gracious hosts and the home and property were truly special. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortably and thoughtfully arranged with special touches. Our kids are still talking about the welcome cookies. We made wonderful family memories with peaceful views of the lake, dock and lakefront access, campfires by the lake every evening and little adventures to local spots. We hope to return next summer.

The Mulberry house was in a beautiful area along the wine trail and close to many wineries, breweries and restaurants! We arrived to flowers in every room and a welcome gift, which was a great touch! There was a lot of space in the house and many sleeping areas, but the bedrooms were not fully private. Many shared an open doorway with another bedroom or did not have a true door. This was not an issue for our family however but did not come across as clear in pictures. We also ran into an issue at the house but Phoebe and Jacob were super accommodating and very responsive to help! Very sweet hosts!!

Mary’s Retreat is a wonderful “home away from home” for exploring the beautiful Finger Lakes region. The house is comfortable, spotless, and welcoming. We enjoyed visiting local wineries, restaurants, and parks, as well as relaxing on the porch with our dogs. We would definitely love to return again.

Donna was extremely accommodating and great with responding quickly. The place is walking distance from two wineries and a brewery. Perfect spot for a girls trip. She also had 4 bikes to make the trip even quicker. The price was very fair compared to other places I had looked at.

Great location on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail! The beds were comfy. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, including a tea kettle (an electric one and one on the gas stove). Caroline's responses to questions were very quick. You can hear the sound of traffic in the bedrooms, but it is minimal at night, and disposable earplugs are provided if needed. If you are over 6' tall, you may find the shower to be a little. Overall, this was a great place and location for the price. I would recommend it to friends and stay here again!
