Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Seneca County

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay. Me and two of my close girlfriends had a wonderful time. We had a severe storm one evening that went though that caused some issues on the road getting to Martin’s place. He was there in the morning to check it out, got equipment there and had the road fixed very quickly. Very responsive host. Would love to stay here again.

We were a group of five and stayed for two nights. The place was cozy, clean, and absolutely amazing. The lake view was the cherry on top it made the experience even more special. The host was kind and very helpful, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. One small suggestion: the life jackets provided for kayaking were quite dusty and appeared to have been left outside for a while. They were covered in dirt and cobwebs, which made us a bit hesitant to use them. It would be great if they could be stored in a cleaner, more protected space or cleaned regularly so guests can enjoy the kayaking experience without concern. Other than that, everything was perfect! I’d highly recommend this place for groups of 5–6 people. We loved the space and truly enjoyed our stay!

Loved the views and spending a weekend away from home here! Restaurants were a 15 minute drive, lots of beautiful scenery, we have travelled to the area before and enjoy Watkins Glen, Taughannock Falls, and all the waterfalls along the roadside in neighboring cities. The town was clean and safe as well as the neighborhood we stayed in. The kayaks were perfect for two of us and the kitchen was large had we been cooking meals we would’ve used it more! Firewood can be bought for $5 a bundle a few miles in the neighborhood and we enjoyed having fires in the fire pit. Overall I have no complaints and had no issues with my stay.

Although we only stayed for a short while, we loved spending time with our infant at the lake house. Very beautiful view, many nearby hiking trails. We also enjoyed the campfire and some of the local restaurants

Our stay was phenomenal, host was very accommodating and the pet friendliness made us so happy. Every detail was considered, there was firewood in the firepit for us upon arrival and even a basket of balls for the dog to play fetch in the large fenced yard. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a family vacation on the lake! The house was spacious enough for 6 adults, a baby, and a dog. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The deck and bbq was great for enjoying meals overlooking the lake. We had lots of fun taking out the kayaks and paddle boards.

Mary’s Retreat is a wonderful “home away from home” for exploring the beautiful Finger Lakes region. The house is comfortable, spotless, and welcoming. We enjoyed visiting local wineries, restaurants, and parks, as well as relaxing on the porch with our dogs. We would definitely love to return again.

Annie’s house tops the list of one of the best and nicest AirBNB‘s we’ve ever stayed at. It looks just like the pictures, was clean, comfortable. It seemed that every need was thought of. There were paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, bath towels,, sheets, Beach towels for the pool and hot tub, coffee, chargers for our phones. Initially, we were concerned about the house being right on the road, because of having our young grandchildren there, but it wasn’t a problem. The beautifully landscaped yard and deck were perfect. This house was perfect for our family. We spent several days hanging out at the house enjoying the hot tub, pool, fire pits and live music (we could hear from our deck coming from Two Goats brewery). The house is close to Watkins Glen Gorge, restaurants, go karts, mini golf, Walmart. 30 minute drive to Corning Glass Museum and Ithaca. The house is beautifully appointed and had so many extra special things that the host thought of.

Abra was responsive, helpful and gracious. She left some complementary snacks which our son devoured. Everything was clean and as described. It was a peaceful get away for our small family and Golden Retriever.

Excellent home. It’s a very private location at the end of a quiet 4 home street. Won’t see or hear the neighbors at all. Easy drive to Ithaca, great hiking, local farms, and Watkins Glen. The pool is great, secluded and in all afternoon sun. Great for relaxing. Fire pit has all you need - dry firewood, Fire starters, s’mores kit, and sticks. Corn hole too. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well designed. If you are taller than 6’5, the master bathroom ceiling might be slightly low for you but the bathroom in the main level would be fine. Definitely recommend this gem

I enjoy staying here as often as I can when I'm in the area. This is a wonderful place with nice neighbors below, the ladies are really nice.

Cheryl’s place was charming and very spacious! The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was very convenient to Syracuse and the surrounding area. We didn’t use the dining room but it would have been a great space for a large group. Cheryl was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely be back.

This is a hidden gem. If you are going to Ithaca and the surrounding area, make this your home base. Fully stocked kitchen, huge bathroom and quiet surroundings. Our host even left us a welcome basket. The bathroom had lots of towels and even a travel toothpaste if needed. We were able to wash clothes which was needed after a long day of hiking.

Darryl’s apartment was in a great location (main strip which made walking everywhere very easy!). Very nice 4 bed/2 bath apartment with plenty of space for our family of 5. Very responsive and helpful host!

Our party had a wonderful stay! Great communication, extremely simple check-in, & more than ample space for a large group. Host recommended Cayuga Lake Boat Rentals to rent a boat for the day, & we received a discount for the referral. Amazing experience, just a 15 minute drive down road. We would be happy to book with this host again.

We had a great girls weekend Jessie’s place. It was clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. There was more than enough room for 5 of us. The kitchen area was large and functional - we brought our own food cooked our own meals each night. It was just a short walk down to the lake… bonus was the lakefront restaurant / bar with a big outdoor deck and live entertainment. It was an easy drive to many local wineries. I would love to return and would highly recommend.

A nice cozy spot within the finger lakes that offers some seclusion after having a busy day!

I loved staying at the Greenhouse- this is a unique place with a very warm vibe and lovely details: beautiful wood floors, fun books, peaceful outdoor seating areas where you can listen to the birds. It's true the slanted ceiling in the bedroom might be challenging for someone tall, but at 5'4" this was fine for me. Victor was super responsive and helpful.
