Congratulations Ana, for the excellent idea of restoring by combining the architectural elements and original materials of this wonderful apartment that is possibly almost 100 years old, with the comforts of a modern apartment. I loved the original terracotta or cement tile floors, and the cast iron radiators with legs, the super high ceilings that give a special brightness to all the rooms, the doors that I suppose are the original ones, etc. All this combined with a modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. The decoration ideas using the original frames and windows, the decoration of the classic furniture painted with great taste and care. The restoration of the sofas, in my humble opinion, was a great success. I wish you every success as I am sure your apartment is an excellent choice for those of us who like to enjoy comfortable, spacious accommodation close to everything.

First I have to mention Ana's friendliness that exceeded our expectations. She was particularly flexible with us. The apartment is space and everything is in good condition. It is well located in the center of Macedo de Cavaleiros with easy access to everything you may need. The Azibo reservoir is within a 10-minute drive: a fantastic spot for those who like river beaches or hikes in a quiet landscape without aqua bikes, etc.

Very nice apartment, clean and well furnished within walking distance of downtown Monforte. Mrs. Maria Nieves made us find the rooms very clean, with water and everything necessary to start the stay. Very convenient parking inside the property, the apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. We had a really good time and communication with Mrs. Maria Nieves was also quick and detailed. Monforte and its surroundings are worth visiting!

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Very well located for seeing the center of Astorga. Everything was very clean and with many details that made the stay very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Very practical apartment and very close to downtown Monforte. Next to the river walk and in a very quiet area. It is perfectly equipped, with everything you need to cook and spend a few days as if you were at home. The apartment's design is very comfortable because the rooms have a bathroom for each one and are separated by the living room, which allows perfect privacy without losing the advantages of having a living room, dining room and kitchen to spend time together. Paula is an excellent host, she was always attentive and made check-in and check-out easy, as well as giving us information and recommendations about the area.

We were made to feel very welcome by Maria Luisa, her husband and daughter. Very welcoming and helpful. The space is very well recovered, maintaining the memories of the place. The apartments are extremely comfortable, clean and well decorated. We'll be back for sure.

We were very comfortable, the host was always attentive to us, the accommodation was very comfortable, the heating temperature was perfect, with everything you need to be comfortable, the apartment is spacious and modern and everything is impeccable, the area is very quiet and easy to park.

Our stay at Añada 17 was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, it was impeccable and it smelled very good. It is very conveniently located and equipped with everything you need, there are many parking areas nearby and it has beautiful views. Ana was a charming host, very attentive and concerned, and she also gave us very good recommendations for the area and responded quickly to our questions. He also had the nice touch of leaving us water, coffee and fruit, among other foods. The apartment has everything you need for an excellent stay! Highly recommended!!!
