Beautiful home located in a small village but close to everything . Lake Azibo for hiking, Macedo de Cavaleiro for refueling, everything you need for a very nice stay. We did not regret our choice . Let's recommend it without hesitation

The stay was wonderful. We loved the aesthetics of the cottage. In addition, it was fully equipped with basic necessities such as a first aid kit, new scouring pads, kitchenware, toiletries, tampons and pads... We also had kitchen supplies, both ingredients and pans, pots... I really appreciate José Antonio's attention and quick response, being kind at all times. We will definitely repeat :)

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us several useful tips from the beginning. We felt at home — the space is very comfortable, cozy, well decorated and with everything we needed to enjoy a few quiet days. The Casa do Outro Mundo is, in fact, from another world! A unique place, full of charm and care in every detail. The village, although small, has a special charm. We were always warmly welcomed by the locals and even our Arya 🐶 made new friends! We recommend it without hesitation and hope to return.

Nice detached cottage in the middle of the city and along the river. Nice garden with swimming pool, terrace in the shade. Everything clean and tidy. Glad the dog was allowed to come. Enclosed garden. Nice walking route directly from the house over a wooden jetty. Very thoughtful and responsive hosts. A problem with a door handle was resolved very quickly. I definitely recommend it!

Staying at Jesus and his family's house was a real treat. From the moment we arrived and were given directions, we were treated like family. With the kindness and good work of a Galician family, with local recommendations, and even some affection on their part to enjoy dinner. Attention to detail, friendly and kind service, you can't ask for more. The adjacent space with the dining room, barbecue, garden and kitchen is excellent. I would appreciate better insulation in the dining room ceiling area, for the cold nights of Galicia. Regarding the house's facilities, being a group of 7 friends, the different rooms, having heating available, several kitchens and bathrooms, made this weekend easier. While it is true that you can see that the house is still in the process of renovation due to its outdated furniture. It's a small inconvenience, which doesn't make it impossible to enjoy the house. We'll be back! Thank you Jesus!

Maribel's house is perfect for spending a few days near the forest. The bedrooms are comfortable and beautiful. There is a bathroom on each floor. The kitchen is spacious, has a couple of sofas and a long dining table. In the village there is only one bar, but it is very close to Puebla and Mombuey, larger towns with all the amenities.

Great location for the low part of town and walkable to the castle area. Really comfy apartment, great space for a family and great kitchen for eating in. Loved it, will go back 💚

We were 6 friends for a weekend and we had a great time! The house is super comfortable, has everything you need and is tastefully decorated! But the best thing, Ana, the landlady. Attentive to us, providing us with the check-in and check-out times and always available. Highly recommended! We'll be back :)

My husband and I spent a night in the apartment and the truth is that we were super happy. It's small but very nice, the sofa bed is very comfortable. The area with easy parking. If you come to this area, don't hesitate to stay there. Both José and his daughter Claudia were very friendly and helpful to us. Thank you 🫂

Excellent, recommended

The "apartment" is very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Very quiet place. Car needed (about 10 minutes from Monforte), we don't think it's a disadvantage. The owners live downstairs, so if there's a problem, they're close by. The stay went well. To mention a small drawback, I would say that a kitchen knife is needed and that the water flow when using the two showers at the same time is a bit low, but these are not aspects that detract from the whole.
