Monthly Rentals in Seminole Heights, Tampa

We love staying at Brendan's cottage. This is our second winter there--that says it all! Cute space; well equipped; and private patio. It's a great neighborhood, safely walkable. Good restaurants nearby and many parks and beaches just a short drive away. Brendan responded quickly to any questions or needs. We highly recommend the cottage. John and Lisa

It fit our needs perfectly. Sonya and Chris were both warm and welcoming and strived to make sure our needs were met. There was one glitch with washer/dryer but they made sure we still had the ability to use theirs. Very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. A pillow is often too big, these were just right. Having a granddaughter nearby, we hope it is available for future visits. A great two weeks.

Highly recommended! Jess is a super host. Check-in was flawless. Her instructions were easy to follow. She was communitive. The place was exactly as described and clean. Fantastic location. The space is perfect for a single, or couple with or without small children. Yes, the space is one room with a private bath. This is not a problem with the way the space is set up. I love the location in the Seminole Heights district. Check-out was easy. Jess did not have a list of requirements to complete check-out like many hosts. When I rent a place, I want it to be clean and I want to be treated fairly. Jess exceeded my expectations.

Such a cute and cozy place! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great vibes and everything worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again!
