My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cute little guest house while in town for my brother’s baby shower. The place was clean, cozy, and just right for the three of us. The host was very respectful, accommodating, and provided clear instructions on how to find the place, which made check-in smooth and easy. The guest house had everything we needed towels, kitchen amenities, big size closet space and a comfortable setup with two connected rooms sharing a bathroom. The area was convenient with nearby stores and restaurants, though having a car is definitely helpful for getting around. I’ve seen reviews where they mentioned the noise of the train passing, it wasn’t a bother at all actually. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your hospitality! Will definitely book again in the future.

I have made the mistake of saying there was just 1 guest when there was really 4 of us and it was not an issue at all. The house was spotless the beds were comfortable and the back porch overlooked a pretty Lake. Love to hear the sounds of Florida.

So this was my SECOND stay with Danie in 2 months. This place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!!! This is such a well-appointed home with everything you need to feel at home! The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, the back yard is an oasis of peace, and cooking a meal to eat in the breakfast nook or at the gorgeous family-sized trestle table is a joy! There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable...I was there with my friend and our two teenagers. We cooked together and enjoyed movies on the nice big TV in the living room, where everyone had plenty of room to stretch out. Plenty of hot water (we all had to shower after going to the parks in Orlando) and soft towels. We slept like babies and awoke refreshed and ready for the next day. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds from the screened porch while sipping our coffee. Danie's place is home away from home! Thanks so much for this wonderful escape that feels so friendly and familiar every time I come back!

Our family stayed at Marilyn’s home for a few days to relax and enjoy her pool during our kiddo’s graduation week. She was very accommodating, had clear requests and instructions, and was quick to respond to my own messages. There were zero issues with communication or amenities. Thanks for an easy trip, Marilyn!

Ahmad was an absolute wonderful host. After arriving a little early to town I asked about an early check in and he quickly responded to let me know I could go ahead and check in. The house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and spotless. I very much appreciated all the little details and extra amenities. The washer and dryer works wonderful. The beds were clean and comfy, the showers were great. I loved all the storage space for our belongs as well. The location was great as well, literally within miles of anything you could need. The pool was also really nice and my kids very much enjoyed it. I will say they did get little scrapes on the bottom of their feet from the floor of the pool but that’s not a huge deal. So I would suggest water shoes inside the pool. All in all If I could give Ahmad 10 stars I would! I will definitely book this place again. By far my most favorite place I have ever booked so far.

Nice spot not far from Gemini Springs. The area is very walkable and the Airbnb was just as shown. The bedroom shares a wall with another unit but I never had any noise issues. Overall great place to stay!

Great apartment, was well equipped and made my stay perfect. Lovely gated community with pool and gym facilities fully accessible. It was so easy to find and access was great. I was on a working stay and found this place to be everything I needed for a long stay, grocery stores and restaurants nearby make this place a real haven. All the facilities you need in the apartment and nothing was lacking. Will definitely rebook in the future, thank you!

My husband and I had such a great stay at Sarah’s place. It was adorable, extremely clean, and very peaceful. We travel a lot and frequently stay at Airbnb‘s. We would definitely recommend staying with Sarah and would actually love to stay again when we revisit the area. Real nice home and real close to the Sanford airport if you’re coming in from out of town

Really enjoyed our stay. Directions to get to the place were easy to figure out. The space is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. The location is great - I was able to wake up and walk right across the street to a nice breakfast bakery where people were local and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Nice and cozy place! Very clean and close to universal and epic universe! After a long day at the theme parks it was refreshing to arrive back to the Airbnb. 10/10

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! We were in walking distance to Publix and some great restaurants which was great!!! We ere also around 10 minutes from the Parks, malls, and outlet malls which made calling an Uber for transportation very affordable! The pool was absolutely amazing!!! They had bar at the pool which heighten our enjoyment and relaxation! Definitely would recommend and be back again!
