This is a really cute garage conversion It was perfect for what we needed It’s a great value for what you get My favorite was sitting on the back porch. -Just really enjoyed the “nature setting” as I was very tired and needed the rest.

If your visit to Orlando does not involve the parks, but the amazing Downtown Orlando, then this is the place for you. Hot water, comfy, cozy and homey.

We had a wonderful stay at Noga’s place on Hemple Ave! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from everything Orlando has to offer. Noga was a gracious and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. From the thoughtful touches to the easy check-in process, every detail was taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed Airbnb in the area.

This was not our first stay. We will definitely be back. It’s the perfect location for us. Close to family and love walking to great restaurants and shops. Even though it’s so close to so much it’s quiet and private. Thank you again Sandy for another wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Can’t say enough good things about this rental. We only stayed a night but could have lived there. So many thoughtful touches, including snacks, cake, wine and a full bar! Would 1000% recommend. We’ll definitely be back!!

We had a great time at Susan’s place. The backyard was like our own private rainforest. The dock was great for the views…very peaceful and relaxing. Susan was very helpful with recommendations. Mount Dora is only a few minutes away and has plenty of tasty restaurants. I would highly recommend Susan’s place and look forward to staying again!

You guys have to hear this about our host. This is a bit of a conundrum because if I tell you this there won’t be a spot for us to come back. Being our first booking and stay at a airbnb it was wonderful spot and Tommy was a great host. The property itself was very well kept. The pool house was spacious and spotless. The kitchen was well equipped as I like to cook. The internet service was available with easy to follow instructions. We had the pool to ourselves and every morning Tommy would be out making sure any leaves were swept away. Tommy was always free to talk and always had time to answer and questions about where to ride the bike that day. We would highly recommend this place and will always remember the new friend we made!

Maricela’s place is a gem! The property is even more beautiful in person than the photos. It’s super cozy and inviting and has everything needed for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Entry is super easy. The outdoor space is so relaxing. I would 100% recommend and will stay here again in a heartbeat when back in the area.

This is a gorgeous setting, right on a lake. Very peaceful, tasteful decor inside and clean. Rhonda’s communication was excellent, and she was very interested to make sure our stay was a good one. We hope to go back!

A quiet peaceful bnb, the lake is breathtaking, very nice to sit on the chairs and watch the sunset. Bed is comfortable and there was plenty of room for my toddler’s blow up bed. This bnb is right next to so many restaurants and shopping but also shows the natural wild beauty of Florida with the private lake!

The place was very cute and small the outside doesn’t match at all what the inside looks like though I did have a nice time and the pool was great the mattress is nice the bathroom is very very small though. The host is very responsive in good time

Great little slice of paradise! I wish we could have stayed longer than one night. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the house was very clean and tidy! Very homey and welcoming. If we plan further trips in Orlando, I’ll always consider booking here first!

The most responsive Airbnb host we’ve ever had! Extremely nice and helpful. Renting the golf cart was such a plus in this quaint town! The Airbnb was so clean- was so nice to have plenty of towels and toiletries. Extremely comfortable bed! This Airbnb exceeded our expectations for the price!

We had a lovely stay at the Airbnb! The bathroom was great, and there was plenty of room in the main area and bedroom. They provided a fridge, a nice coffee bar, and some dishes for us to use, which was really convenient. The backyard is shared, but it didn’t bother us at all. There was a vending machine, although it took up quite a bit of space and didn’t have many snacks available. We did run into some trouble with the microwave occasionally since everything was plugged into an extension cord, which would trip and cause it to not work properly. But other than that, this place is definitely one of the best I’ve stayed at during my time working down here!

This was an amazing AirBnB. Kyndal was very communicative accommodating and understanding. The apartment was clean, exactly as described and very comfortable to live in. If I am ever near Orlando again I will be staying with Kyndal.

Sanford, Florida is a lovely town. It has a nice downtown and this property was conveniently located with ample parking, a nice room in a quiet, safe setting. It had a comfortable bed and was convenient to everything. I enjoyed my stay

10 out of 10! I love how this Airbnb was set up….you truly don’t realize that the home is connected to the main house at all. It was peaceful and quiet. The home looked just like the pictures and was very clean when we first arrived. I would definitely book this Airbnb again and will recommend it to friends/family!
