A beautiful home on a quite street, but close to everything. We loved seeing the deer and turkey as well in the beautiful back yard. Thang was a great host and communicated very well with us. We hope to stay here again.

This is our second time there We enjoyed staying there . Paul is just a phone call away and very quick respond . When we look to stay in the area the blue bungalow is the place to stay

This was the best place I’ve stayed at thus far❣️. Not only did I feel right at home, but the place was clean, I mean spot less, well appointed, and the host was extremely responsive. Christie did it right, she thought of everything and didn’t cut corners like I’ve seen in other properties. I was impressed with this rental, worth every $. I will definitely book again. I wish I could have extended my stay at this property because I stayed in town an additional week but it was booked. Excellent stay. The best in this area

Rented Claudia's place for close friend who are a missionary family of 5 that were visiting us. I was very happy to find this house for them so they would have their own space with their 3 children (10-15 yrs old), and still be close to us. My friend messaged that, " it was a fabulous stay, clean, great location, quiet. Very comfortable beds." And when talking to her before they left she said that she wished they had more time to stay and see more of the local area. Claudia was a great host and very accommodating when arranging this and during their stay. I will always choose the option of renting one of her properties when we have friends or family coming to visit when it is a couple of a family.

Great apartment, was well equipped and made my stay perfect. Lovely gated community with pool and gym facilities fully accessible. It was so easy to find and access was great. I was on a working stay and found this place to be everything I needed for a long stay, grocery stores and restaurants nearby make this place a real haven. All the facilities you need in the apartment and nothing was lacking. Will definitely rebook in the future, thank you!

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a weekend trip to visit central FL. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. I cooked the first night and wasn’t missing anything. The 2nd night I wanted to try some local spots and Erik was able to give me some good suggestions just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Sanford which is super cute. The beds were comfy and the amenities were updated and modern. I also am a single woman and felt very safe in this location. I also loved there was a private gym on the property so I could get a sweat out in the AM. Erik was great to communicate with helped me with check in, check out, and suggestions on places to eat at and visit during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb for your next stay. Location: 30 min from theme parks, 10 min from down town Sanford, 45 min from beach. Overall cannot complain

Second time at Joe’s. Among the best AirBnB’s in our extensive experience! Stocked with every little thing you might want (ie: instant read thermometer for grilling). Joe reached out to help before I even had a chance to ask about the WiFi (wife had unplugged router by accident) and opened the garage door when my kids locked themselves out. House is private and quiet and the pool area is awesome. Lot of activities within easy reach. Such an easy, comfortable stay. Thanks again Joe and crew!

We were so excited for our week celebrating our son’s wedding. The house was perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 toddlers). The pool was a bonus for the hot summer days and the outdoor blackstone was a pleasure to bbq on. The house was equipped with items for the littles (pack-n-play, high chair, outdoor chalk and pool toys). We will definitely be staying here again.

Host is amazing. The house was great and conveniently located. There was a bit of construction, byt not too loud. I do wish the backyard had a fenced area for oets and/or kids.

Kaitlyn had the appartment ready for me on only 3 hours notice after i drove from Idaho. Amazoned me some extra supplies my first day as well. It was perfect for me and my doggie, the side yard was great to let her just hang out outside. Was very clean and had everything i needed. I would have stayed much longer had it been closer to my sisters house. Very happy. 😀

Absolutely wonderful place that was breathtaking! The view was amazing from everywhere and the home was straight out of a movie!

Good place to stay close to historic downtown Sandford. Its on the edge of the residential area but definitely walkable to the downtown area and waterfront through the well kept neighborhoods. 1-block from Historic 1902 event venue. The living and dining areas were spacious as was the master bedroom. The home was remodeled nicely. We enjoyed our stay and would return if our travels bring us back to Sandford.

Perfect for a quiet getaway. Old country house. Spacious. Clean. Looks just like the pics. We saw multiple deer and a few owl’s on the property. Close to grocery stores etc… The house runs on well water which has a unique “scent”. We had a great time. Highly recommend. If I’m back in the area I’ll get the same house.
