Monthly Rentals in Semić

In search of tranquility, we happened to land in Draguc and Casa Stella and didn't want to leave. The house is super furnished, with great beds and many amenities (made beds, towels, washing and drying, washing powder, etc.) and a super nice personal welcome by the two owners. The atmosphere in the village is incredibly beautiful. The children could move freely throughout the village (hardly any traffic) and we have always discovered new places to linger and could not get enough of nature and the gigantic view. The animal villagers (dogs and cats) have also quickly grown to our hearts. The bell tower in the center of the village was also very atmospheric. Unfortunately, the pizzeria in town is closed, but in the kitchen of Casa Stella you can cook well. Otherwise we were eating very well nearby and bought wine and olive oil. 100% referral - we will come back.

The place was great, very cosy and warm, well equipped, the host was very responsive. There is another apartment upstairs (the office) with another bed, restroom and even a little kitchen corner. The house has very thick walls, which was great because the noise from the fireworks didn’t bother us and our dogs at all (we were there for the new years). The garden is beautiful, the pool must be great during the summer. ☺️

Apartment is nice, cosy and spacious. It has proper heating for winter months. Location is perfect for exploring Buzet area. Got a nice present from Nevia.

Dores is a great host, responsive, flexible and kind. Also Hum is a wonderful place with it's colorful surroundings. We enjoyed discovering nature and culture of Istria, and the local restaurant is a gem. The apartment was a bit smaller that we imagined, but still a nice starting point for the various trips. Dores gave us great tip to visit Kotle, which was the highlight of our trip.
