You will appreciate it for ITS CALM, NATURE AND ALL THE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE MOUNTAINS. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SMALL EXTREMELY QUIET HAMLET 1.5 HOURS FROM TOULOUSE AND 5 MINUTES FROM OUST AND SEIX WHERE YOU WILL FIND ALL COMMERCIAL FACILITIES. This place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

In heavy snow, access will be by snowshoe as the track becomes impassable. Massat is a village with all amenities.
