The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Cozy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment has views of a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. Due to possible noise pollution and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.

You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
