The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property.
