Nestled in the heart of Upper Lusatia is our beautiful town of Schirgiswalde. We are proud of our extraordinary history. There is plenty to discover with us and we are a central starting point for excursions such as - Saxon Switzerland/ Bastei - City buildings - Zittauer Mountains and the city of Zittau - Bohemia and Bohemian Switzerland - Görlitz and much more Our accommodation is quiet, right on the Spree, in the center of the city. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.
