Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

36 Wardle Drive is a quiet residential area, guests will have what is essentially a self contained mini apartment with private bedroom with en suite,a spacious sitting room with table and chairs,use of microwave,fridge and kettle. private entrance with own key and secure parking . We are well situated for beautiful Northumberland coastal areas, and the border country. Not too far from historical Durham City and only 20mins fromNewcastles shops and restaurants. Newcastle Airport is 20mins away.

This family home gives great access to Northumberland’s countryside and beyond. Set in the rural village of Seghill facing open fields, with a play area, skate park, basketball & tennis courts with playing field immediately behind. The village pub & rugby club, both a few minutes walk away will give you and a very warm welcome. The village also has a shop and takeaways.

Beautiful place to stay and a very good price. Located brilliantly and not to far from Whitley bay. I would recommend you choose this place to stay. Plenty of room in the house.

Extremely clean, all furniture and appliances brand new. 3 lovely double beds, a huge house! Great smart TV Location very near metro straight into the city or the coast. Only issues were when we arrived the door was unlocked, no keys were in the key box and there was a plumber in the house. We shouted and he came downstairs, this was quite unnerving as we didn’t know he was going to be there or what he was doing. Also on the description it says check in 3pm and check out 11am however the host told us 4pm and 10am, when I questioned this I got no reply. Overall this house is very good for the price and everything was spotless and served us very well to stay in during our kitchen renovation

What a beautiful stay! Fabulous spotless bedroom with a very comfortable bed (I slept so well), all the amenities you need and the most amazing and spotlessly clean bathroom. Lynne and Jem were great hosts, they welcomed me into their home and were there if I needed them. Lots of lovely little touches in the room like fresh milk, blueberries, tea, coffee , porridge oats and sweet treats. They were very responsive and extremely helpful. I had the ability to come and go as I pleased and the parking out front of the house was very helpful. The area is peaceful and quiet. What a lovely stay in a lovely home. I will definitely be back very soon.

I stayed at Anna's for two nights, and commuted into the city centre both days. Travel from the city centre to the house was very convenient and fast (via the metro to South Gosforth). The area was very residential, quiet, and leafy. Anna is a very personable host and made me feel very much at home, and whenever I needed help with anything she was on hand. The room is lovely, with views out onto the trees. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have a private en-suite bathroom. As someone who is perpetually cold I really appreciated that a space heater was left in the room and that there was a heated towel rail in the bathroom. If I return to Newcastle, I would love to stay here again.

My son and I have just spent 3 fantastic days in seaton sluice. 3 excellent pubs, a cafe, a fish and chip shop, and a co-op store all within a few minutes walk. The flat was perfect for our needs, clean and spacious with an excellent shower with easy on street parking right outside the front door. Christophers communication was faultless, i will definitely be returning.
