Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.

There you also have restaurants and a selection of shops. 30 min to shopping malls/shopping center in Lillehammer, 30 min to Lilleputthammer/Hunderfossen, 15 min to Aulestad, and 50 min to the troll pots in Helvete, to mention a few.
