We spent 5 days in Izmir Konak. Our stay at the apartment was very nice, we were very satisfied. Everything as described in the advertisement, expectations as in the photos, it was all perfect. The hosts Ms. Tülin and Ms. Hazal were very nice, friendly, helpful. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, there was everything you need from A-Z. The location is right in the center of Izmir-Alsancak, you can get everywhere on foot. Thanks again for everything.

From start to finish Mehmet's communication was excellent, he is extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, perfectly located for my use, near the promenade, near the tram station and looking out onto lovely gardens. If I'm honest the apartment is noisy from the neighbouring apartments due to poor sound insulation, that said, I would definitely stay again, the best place I've stayed in Izmir.

We had a great stay at Ege’s place. Walkable to lots of food and activities plus the Izban and tram. There is some street noise at night as the place is on a busy pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants.

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

Guests will need to take precautions against mosquitoes to be more comfortable on the balcony and inside at night. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

The view of the house is great and a very peaceful place. We also thank the host for their treats. The renovation of the towels and some kitchen items used in the house would make the house much better. Other than that, it's not on the list, but since we didn't even think there would be a hair dryer, we didn't check it, and the people who will come should pay attention to this as well.

This should be the first choice for those who want a quiet, calm and peaceful getaway. Amazing house, what more could the perfect location be… I think the disappointment of those who expect hotel facilities is meaningless, what is presented clearly enough… The host is very caring and open to communication, we have never had any problems, but it is solution-oriented... Some of the details of the house require maintenance (as the shower head should change), yes, this is a fact, but they do not stand out next to the view… Since we went in March, we did not have a fly problem, but we had a hard time heating the bathroom, so we need to find a solution... In summary, it was a terrific experience, the worst part was that it left! Note: the cats are the real host:)

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Absolutely! Great house in a beautiful location! Even got a welcome snack! The amenities are simply awesome! We felt completely comfortable! We will be happy to come back anytime! Especially for families with children, a dream because the beach is practically at your doorstep! Til next time!

We enjoyed the stay as a family. Have made all excursions by bus. were very well supported by Günay, who always had super good tips for all questions. Supermarket around the corner and right on walking distance to the beach undxrin Restsurant. We can only recommend the place

If you want a peaceful holiday, it would be a very refined choice. Ms. Bala's house... The cleanliness of the house, its location, the wonderful sunset, the sincere hospitality of the host Ms. Bala was worth everything. Watching the sun set in the front yard adds life to your life. And the neighborhood's four-legged friends were so beautiful that they brightened up my holiday. I mean, everything was clean and peaceful, thank you.

We fit 9 people comfortably. All the beds were comfortable and clean. Mr. Mustafa is also very caring and understanding. The location of the house is already very close to all the stops, you can easily walk around. Thank you so much for everything.
