A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

You can reach the beaches in 3 mnts walk. ancient cty Teos by 20 mnts walk and Sığacık village in 10 mnts by car. There is a beach cafe in summer time.You can make online shopping from Migros market or go shopping to Sığacık. Guests should share their passport ID information as per local legal regulations. Guests not available in guest list on your reservation are not allowed to check in.

It is the second floor of a 2-storey summer house with a view of Sığacık Marina, on the street, close to Sığacık beaches and shopping places. It is fully furnished. There are 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 1 additional single bed can be provided. Points to note; Pets are not allowed. A reservation of at least 3 nights is required. Due to its quiet location, loud music and excessive noise should be avoided. No smoking in the house.
