The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Unser gemütliches, kleines Ferienappartement mit Wohn-Schlafzimmer bietet auf 30m² Platz für 2 Personen. Das Einzimmerappartement verfügt über ein Doppelbett, einer Essecke, einer Küchenzeile sowie einem Flachbild-TV. Die komplett ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Das WLAN und den Parkplatz vor dem Haus können Sie kostenfrei nutzen.

In 15 minutes on foot you will be at the Alpsee and the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ cycling tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km, Füssen 4.2 km.

There are three cozy, simple bedrooms, an old farmhouse kitchen with wood stove and a quaint farmhouse parlor with a tile stove, which invites you to cozy hours.
