It was such amazing time and we would love to repeat again we feel so much at home and enjoy the area around ,thank you so much

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was even better than we expected — so much more spacious, incredibly quiet, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (and even more!). Every little detail made it feel like a real home away from home. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Great apartment with a view and very friendly family

The accommodation met all the expectations we had of it; the very good ratio of quality, comfort, equipment, and price.

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

Andreas was a very nice host and the apartment was very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and great for hikes on the Staffelsee. Glad to come back!

Tanya's apartment is perfect, very clean, full amenities, beautiful scenery, cannot ask for more! Tanya is the perfect host, so kind & generous. She shared her raisin bread with us for breakfast together with yoghurt. So thoughtful! Thanks so much Tanya! She was so accommodating and helpful too. Cannot ask for a more wonderful host.

We really enjoyed the stay with Irina! We loved the very nice, cozy , modern and super clean apartment. I was especially impressed with the instructions and recommendations provided by them. Irina was responding to my messages in few minutes! I think it was one of the best Airbnb that we have stayed at in Europe. Fully recommended!

This is an amazing apartment. We loved to stay there.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

Everything great, I can really only recommend it!

Great location central to Innsbruck, with all the major city attractions in walking distance. We stayed for a long weekend and visited 3 of the local ski hills - perfect for this. No parking outside/nearby which is tricky if you have lots of stuff to bring in/out daily, but that wouldn’t put us off using again given how nice the place was 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

Accommodation as described, quiet, spacious, clean and well-equipped. Well located, close to supermarkets and a 15-minute walk to the center. Elisabeth was very nice.

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we enjoyed it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was just a dream, very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool is simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would always stay with you again, there was simply nothing missing. Your homemade honey and delicious schnapps were also very tasty. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. We enjoyed the week at Moritz's place very much - right on the lake, equipped with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

Great and clean house, just like in the description and pictures. Very tastefully furnished and equipped. Perfect starting point for hikes and only a 15-minute walk to the village center to Garmisch. Emre is a super nice and accommodating host who was always available and left nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable and would immediately choose it again.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

Julia's apartment Elin is just great and gets 6 out of 5 stars from us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (unfortunately it didn't work, but I would have liked to give it). I've never had such a clean/spanking apartment, you could have eaten off the floor 😍 The apartment is also very spacious and super tastefully decorated. There is really nothing missing in the apartment, we immediately felt at home and enjoyed the time very much. Julia was always available and acted quickly when we had questions. And she always has a smile on her face 😃 On top, there was a bread service, so you didn't even have to go to the bakery in the morning 👍🏼 2 hours use of the jaccuzi and sauna included. The apartment is truly a gem and absolutely recommended. We will be happy to come back.

Very pleasant experience, very nice and equipped apartment, very comfortable supermarket below the house, in the immediate vicinity distributor of fresh milk, fresh eggs and other food products, and a pharmacy with very kind staff. Convenient location to visit many characteristic countries located just a short trip away. The hot tub is fabulous, although it's forbidden to bring glass. Free parking downstairs from the house. Great communication with Florian.

Modern and cozy small apartment that offers everything you need. Very well thought out. Great balcony with evening sun. Very quiet area and neighborhood.
