Unsere Aufenthakt war super schön bei Heidemarie! Sie war super lieb, hilfsbereit und sehr flexibel. sie ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr nett, für unseren Aufenthalt genau das richtige. Preisleistung ist nicht zu toppen! Danke für alles! Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Ronja war stets erreichbar und hat sich rasch gekümmert. Z.B. war das Licht im Bad defekt, das hat sie gewechselt. Eine Jalousie lies sich nicht runterlassen, auch hier hat sie sich rasch um Reparatur gekümmert. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir noch einen Toaster und Sparschäler. Der Whirlpool war anscheinend noch nicht einsatzbereit. Die Herdplatten sind ausreichend, allerdings reagiert das Touchpad nicht mehr gut, auch der Ofen benötigt lange zum Aufheizen. Das Haus war sehr schön. Die Aussicht, traumhaft, besonders abends, wenn die Berge langsam in der Dunkelheit verschwinden, sehr schönes Panorama. Der Garten ist auch sehr groß und bietet viel Möglichkeit sich zu bewegen. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Zudem bot er schöne Verstecke für die Osternester. Ronja war sehr aufmerksam und hat für unsere Kinder 5 Osternester vorbereitet.

De prachtige woning ligt centraal gelegen in het dorp Mauterndorf. De verschillende skigebieden zijn goed te bereiken met de auto. De woning is ruim en keurig netjes. De grote schuifpui zorgt voor veel licht. De slaapkamers zijn ruim met tv en voldoende kastruimte. Matrassen zijn stevig en de kussens zacht. Gastvrouw Nina is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze reageert snel op berichten of vragen. De woning is goed geïsoleerd wat betreft geluid en temperatuur. Parkeren direct voor de deur op eigen terrein. Een echte aanrader!

Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Sauna und Whirpool sind waren wir auf den Fotos zu sehen sehr schön. Die Häuser sind ein bisschen abgelegen. Um den Skilift und den Supermarkt zu erreichen braucht man ein Auto. Praktisch war auch, dass man sich Semmeln liefern lassen kann. Für die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher werden pro Person nochmal 15 € extra verrechnet. Das konnten wir aus der Anzeige nicht entnehmen. Alles war sauber und modern.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und waren alle total begeistert von der Unterkunft. Wir haben noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Airbnb erlebt. Es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-In hat ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! :-)

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einfach fantastisch. Es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Besonders die großen Fenster machen den Aufenthalt so besonders – sei es beim Frühstück mit Blick ins Grüne oder abends gemütlich auf der Couch vor dem Kamin. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – nicht nur mit allen Küchenutensilien und Maschinen, die man braucht, sondern auch mit vielen praktischen Dingen wie Salz, Öl, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinentabs oder Waschpulver und vieles mehr. Das macht den Aufenthalt angenehm unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Jaap war jederzeit herzlich, schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass es ihm wirklich wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen – danke dafür. Ein besonderes Extra: Der Pool wird aktuell komplett neu gemacht. Wer im Sommer anreist, darf sich also auf einen ganz neuen, wunderschönen Pool freuen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Avremmo dato 5 stelle a tutto se non fosse per una serie di piccoli particolari: dalle foto non si capiva che fosse un'unico ambiente, cioè un monolocale. Non ci sono le persiane alle finestre ma solo tende chiare, quindi entra la luce al mattino. A qualcuno può dare fastidio, sarebbe meglio avvisare. Il frigorifero è rumoroso. Durante la notte, quando si mette in moto, si nota se si ha il sonno leggero. A parte questo, tutto benissimo. Zona tranquilla. Giardino con barbecue e posto auto. L'appartamento è super accessoriato, letto e divano letto comodissimi e abbiamo avuto anche un omaggio da parte dell'host. Se ci sarà l'occasione ci ritorneremmo sicuramente. Grazie Borut!

Lan’s place was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway with 6 friends. He was always great on communication and ensured things ran as smoothly for us as possible. The house is absolutely gorgeous - very charming decor in each room - and the welcome gifts were much appreciated 😊 the wildflowers in the backyard were a lovely place to have a coffee. The bedding was fresh and clean, the views were stunning, and we had basically all we needed - and if not, there was a supermarket just across the road. Great location - in less than 10 minutes you are at the lake, with the delicious Pekarna Planika (bakery) on your way (we recommend!) We had a wonderful time at this luxurious and absolutely stunning apartment. The place is equipped with everything you need, has comfortable beds and was kept super clean. The view from the balcony is really beautiful and the place is conveniently located with lots of great things to do nearby. Mojca and Vid were really friendly and helpful. We were sad to not have booked this apartment for our entire stay in Slovenia. If we're ever back in Slovenia we'll definitely return.

Wir waren für eine Woche als Familie in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist großes, rustikales Haus mit vielen Schlafzimmern und gemütlichem Flair durch den Holzofen. Gut ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen für viele Personen. Der Wohnbereich hat eine kleine Couch für 2-3 Personen, als große Gruppe verweilt man daher eher am Esstisch. Für Kinder ist der Hof ein absoluter Traum, da es viel zu entdecken gibt, eine alte Scheune mit Heuballen, Katzen, Hühner und ein ehemaliger Kuhstall. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Wanderwege, direkt nebenan ist ein Wald. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

We spent a wonderful 6 days here celebrating Christmas with three generations of the family. The house surpassed our expectations. Every room is spacious, cosy and flooded with light and fabulous views.

Bostjan was a brilliant host. Very communicative and gave us lots of info on the local area. He also let us keep our car parked at the house after check out. Would highly recommend him and the apartment. Thank you!

Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und sehr flexibel was den Check in / check out betrifft. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Am besten hat uns die ruhige Lage hoch oben am Berg gefallen.

Lovely house. We were 8 people. 4 adults and 4 kids and the house suited our group perfectly. Very well appointed. Great kitchen and living space with everything you need to cater for 8. There were 2 bathrooms both with showers. There was outside space with seating and a table (all covered), and a barbecue. The location is nice, a few mins drive outside of Bled but means you are nicely away from the crowds but with very easy access. The host Mojca was great, very responsive, flexible, and kind and had prepared lots of leaflets and info of thing to do in the area.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, schönes, sauberes und geräumiges Quartier mit Garten. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, ideal für Kinder und Hund! Wir wurden mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen empfangen. Fragen und Probleme wurden umgehend beantwortet und geklärt. Wir hatten insgesamt eine wunderschöne Ski-Woche! Danke!

Cozy house surrounded with mountains, 4 separated rooms with 2 bathrooms (one on each floor). We were a group of 8 and we had everything we needed, house is very clean and spacious, matches photos exactly. Heating system is very fast, kitchen and the whole house is well equipped, bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable to sleep in, there is enough parking for family cars and outdoor furniture for a longer stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Peter is a great host and we're booking again if we return to Soča.

The best host of Airbnb that we ever met: warm and friendly. The house is like a castle, it's very peculiar and set in a quiet place; you are literally surrounded by nature and we were lucky enough to see the stars were well at night It doesn't take much by car if you want to visit the Kaerten lakes from there, and cities like Spittal and Lienz. Absolutely incredible. The cleanest, most charming AirBnb I have ever stayed in. The kindest hosts met us with local liquor that they made and had delicious pastries. I truly cannot recommend this place enough; it’s magical. We will be back!

We felt instantly at ease the moment we arrived, it was perfect for our family of five, with three young children. The home is cozy, well‑equipped, and surrounded by absolutely stunning views of the mountains—so peaceful, almost surreal. It’s just a short drive to the lake, which made exploring really easy. In just a few days, we did so much: climbed up to the castle, walked around the lake, and the kids had a blast at the playground near the campsite. We did an Easter egg hunt in the flowery garden, and I also squeezed in a peaceful run around the town on our last evening, just to soak up the atmosphere one more time. Everyone we met was so friendly, and the gardens in the area are beautiful. We’re already talking about booking again—can’t wait to come back!
