You have a private entrance to an upstairs suite with bathroom and terrace, and your own kitchen. Additional suite with its own bathroom and terrace available for an additional fee.

The Garden Park Cottage is a small apartment space attached to our home with a private entrance. The wood ceiling and cozy space give it a cottage feel. It is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. The trails for hiking and mountain biking are within walking distance, as well as shopping and good restaurants. This is an owner occupied apartment ( the owner lives on the property ) and it does not take housing options from the working people of Sedona.

Here you can listen to a symphony of birds, enjoy outdoor showers, or doze off under a blanket of stars. PLEASE NOTE: The toilet is inside the casita--it's not a separate bathroom with walls. The shower is outdoors and an indoor shower is available upon request.
