We had a great time! We were in town for a virtual church conference and the movie room was perfect to broadcast it and watch in comfort. Marissa, Jason, and their property manager were quick to respond at all hours if anything came up. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the big group of us, and the house was really comfy.

Absolutely beautiful. The directions to get there were spot on which is great since all gravel road makes it a little scary when coming from out of state. We locked ourselves out(Aahh!) and they responded immediately. Centrally located, so we were able to enjoy a lot of AZ! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Cottonwood at Eric’s place! The house was so well stocked we couldn’t have asked for more. He provided enough towels, toilet paper, and toiletries for two families to share for a full week! The location was perfect and very centrally located to all that we wanted to do. The house was beautiful and set up was great, with two master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms on each floor. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and prepared meals every day. We would recommend Eric’s place to anyone but especially for multiple families looking to share space but to also have private spaces to unwind.

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Belvedere! The view and scenery was amazing. Even better than the pictures. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and the house was located in a quiet, remote neighborhood but still close enough to town to make frequent trips for errands. Everything about our stay was wonderful and the house had nearly everything we could have wanted. All in all a 10/10.
