Casa do Douro is part of a group of houses located in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro. Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. The fruit farm and vineyard with its winery provide the context for a quiet stay in rural calm and also as a springboard to explore the magnificent Douro valley. The old stone cottage has been renovated with amenities for a comfortable self catering holiday. Accommodation comprises of a large dining & living room, spacious kitchen, upstairs with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor seating areas and views and walk the farm.

Casa da Oliveira

Casa da Oliveira (Casa das Oliveiras-G. Maps) is close to the village of Mesão-Frio (+/- 2 km), the gateway to Douro Vinhateiro. An old house, prior to 1950, was restored and maintains some of the original stone walls. It has 1 bedroom, a toilet, a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a barbecue grill outside. The views are magnificent over the region's vineyards and the Douro River. Excellent choice for a few days of rest, a week or a weekend.
