Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

The Old Bank restaurant which is listed in the Michelin guide is also within strolling distance and the village store is just around the corner. Cranston Cottage is perfect for couples. Great location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. One bed annex with shower room and a sofa bed in living area for one adult or child . There is a small pantry unit with microwave/toaster/fridge/coffee machine/kettle, there is NO full kitchen so no sink/cooker. Walking distance to Heacham beach. Hunstanton Town with beach & fairground a 5 min drive. Norfolk Lavender field, Tesco Express has a cash machine. Burnham Market, Titchwell for birdwatching short ride around the coast.
