Rick’s place was a great getaway for our family. It’s nice to enjoy the amenities margaritaville has while not staying in a hotel room. This house was spacious for our 7 guest and had an amazing large window view of the lake. Easy access. Great to have 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer a plus for a one week stay. Will visit again. Thanks Rick for offering your home on the lake!

Perfect location with private deck and access to boat dock. Sometimes we sat on the patio and listened to music coming from Margaritaville across the bay. It’s an easy car or boat drive to lots of other places in Osage Beach and we enjoyed many of them. It was reasonably priced for a two bedroom condo with boat and trailer parking in this area. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

We had a great stay! Everything matched the descriptions. It was an easy check in process. Would recommend!

Our stay was perfect. The place easily accommodated our group of 8 with plenty more space. It was peaceful and the pool and restaurants at margaritaville were great. The host accommodated early check in at last minute for us as well. She was great at communicating in timely matter. Would deff stay again.

If you are needing a quiet weekend to sit relax, and enjoy the beauty of the country side this is the place to go! The house was exactly what it looked like and the best part is the farm dog Nash! Such a sweetie and very friendly! We really needed this break and this was th best place we could have gotten that!

This house is AMAZING!!!! We stayed for a girls weekend and were blown away at how perfect this place was. The view from the pool and the house is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. It is so much better in person and the surroundings of the house are picturesque. It is secluded and so peaceful. The house was spotless and so comfortable. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Checking in was a breeze and checkout was easy. The host checked in to make sure everything was good.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Wonderful stay! Will likely be staying here anytime I visit and it’s available! Can bring my pup here unlike most hotels in the area. We really enjoyed the secluded yard for our dog and family:) There are so many amenities that make this more than worth the cost. It was amazing, thank you!

Place was clean, Andrew was very communicative and friendly. Neighborhood is quiet. Yummy's Donuts right up the road was nice this morning! The AC is SUPER cold. We had to shut it off because even set on 75°, we were freezing!

cannot say enough about the hosts, friendly,but give you every bit of privacy you could want. The property is beautiful, loved having coffee on the porch, could sit all day watching the birds. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy, kitchen had everything you need to cook. the cast iron tub upstairs was a delight, fantastic water pressure and heat! Everything about this place was charming and comfortable. Great closet space, plenty of room for our six adults, we were not cramped at all. There is a pond to explore, and the yard so nice, I had to walk barefoot through it! Pretty flowers to enjoy outside. The host really made it for us though, they were great about answering all our nosy questions about their family farm, and they were not intrusive at all, they truly made you feel like a cherished guest. This was our first experience with a airb&b, and we are delighted with it. i have heard of long list of to dos and dont dos, Cindis list is short and sweet, easy to enjoy our stay.

This was a perfect place to stay for a concert at the Ozark Amphitheater. Decor was great. It was so sweet to watch the deer play in the backyard.

Perfect location for our turkey hunting trip….friendly folks all around and a wonderful old kitty cat..great place to get away from tourist traps to explore country life that’s real…excellent restaurants close by and plenty of state own hiking trails near by.

Micheal was super kind and thoughtful and took care of anything we needed right away. It snowed quite a bit during our stay and he was out right away clearing the walkways in the freezing temps. Everything was clean and nice and we’re thankful to have stayed here.

Stayed at Andrew’s and had an absolutely wonderful experience Peaceful and quiet location, beautiful scenery and amazing sunset views from the dock, the house was clean and stocked with basic amenities, and we felt at home the entire time! The neighbors around were friendly and welcoming and there was plenty of local wildlife (deer, chipmunks, etc) to add to the beauty and peacefulness of the location. Andrew was an amazing host and was quick to respond within minutes of messaging him. We were talking on the way home about rebooking in the Fall at Andrew’s place. We know it will be just as beautiful! Thank you again for everything!

The Den was a great stay for our family while visiting town for a wedding. The host was very helpful in responding to us as we asked many questions to determine if it would be a good fit for my elderly and mobility-limited grandmother. The home was easy for her to navigate and get around with a walk-in shower. The home was clean and had everything we May have needed. We really enjoyed the patio in the evenings.

Total 5 star bnb! Jill’s place is exactly what you’re looking for. Great space, great hosts and everything needed for a relaxing stress free stay. We were passing through during a cross country military move and this was such a great spot. Our dog LOVED the large fully fenced yard and the house was perfectly equipped for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and I could just go on and on!! Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great stay and our group of guys really enjoyed the farmhouse! The goats and chickens were very friendly and the property has so many fun and cool things to do and find. Marta was wonderful to communicate with and very fun!

Calaway’s listing was everything it appeared to be in photos. The living room was very spacious and that’s where me and my husband spent most of our time. The hosts were very active and always responded within a reasonable time. Very friendly, peaceful neighborhood with a nice sound of trains every once in a while. Definitely going to stay here again when i get the chance. One of my favorite Airbnb hosts and house. Very satisfied :)
