If you want total peace and quiet in a rural setting, then this quirky little cottage is for you. Cosy lounges, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms to choose from, comfy bed, seating area outside with beautiful views. A few minutes to walk into the village. 30 minute drive to Keswick/Buttermere. Small box in kitchen with minimal tea bags/coffee/sugar. We were supplied a small carton of milk in the fridge. Small things to improve on. Provide softer towels (ours were very crisp) oils,salt,pepper as stated in listing. Maybe provide a small hamper with essentials in as other air bnb’s in the lakes do? Overall, we had a lovely stay

We have had such a wonderful stay at Lords Mill. Such a beautiful, peaceful location. such comfy beds and the best equipped kitchen we have had!! Great to have 2 fridges :) Lovely walks from the cottage and good food at the Oddfellows Arms. Super friendly people. Good local shop..def try the Cumberland sausage and the chutney!! Really looking forward to coming back. xx
