great host and lovey house. could be an amazing property if updated but totally satisfactory for what we paid. completely worth it. was clean throughout, a few bits need some attention (a couple of the blinds need looking at). it was also a shame that the garden didn't seem to be dog friendly even though pet's are allowed and we had to keep our dog on the lead in garden (this wasn't a major problem for us but may be for future guests). A good place to act as a base as only an hour to both Weymouth and Torquay. On a whole we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thanks Alan

Very clean, warm and comfy. Plenty of space for two. Great shower. Pretty garden to sit in. Would love to visit again! Thank you! X

We loved staying at The Granary. The accommodation is superb and very comfortable. A lot of thought has clearly been given to make everything so special for the guests. Lloyd had kindly left some special treats, flowers, fruit and biscuits for our arrival as well as milk in the fridge. After a long journey we really appreciated these treats. We received a warm welcome on our arrival and Lloyd was on hand to show us around the property, explain how the appliances etc worked and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The location is excellent, as the coast, Seaton, Beer and Sidmouth are all within easy reach and offer some lovely coastal walks. Similarly, Dartmoor is also within easy reach plus many other inland attractions. We hope to stay again, and this time will stay a little longer.
