The open spaces and white fixtures of this home are elevated by soaring ten-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, chic photography, and cute potted plants. Head out to the private yard for a cookout and enjoy basking in the sun and fresh air, then kick back on the oversized sectional and enjoy the 4K smart TV (WIth Netflix). At the end of the day, rest and relax in peace and comfort. The hotel quality bedding, towels, and all surfaces have been meticulously cleaned to the highest standard prior to your arrival. ★The Guest House★ This home was built in 2017 and you'll feel like you're in a modern luxury condo with soaring ten foot ceilings, open floor plan, and fully stocked modern kitchen. You'll have total privacy and security, as the house is totally detached and situated at the opposed end of our property - It even has its own private yard! ★Two Bedrooms★ Both bedrooms are perfect for resting and recharging with hotel quality mattresses, bedding and linens, freshly cleaned before your arrival. You'll have plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home with dressers and plenty of closet space! Both rooms have queen size beds! For groups needing more sleeping arrangements, you'll have an amazing sectional in the living room and access to a queen size Air Mattress and extra linens. ★The Kitchen★ If you like to enjoy home cooked meals while you're traveling you will LOVE staying here. The open concept kitchen has quartz counter tops, brand new appliances (including gas range), and is fully stocked with all the usual cooking equipment. Need something you don't see? Just ask and we'll bring it over if we have it! ★The Living Room★ You will have no problem relaxing and making yourself at home in the open concept living room. Kick back on the SUPER comfy over sized sectional and watch your favorite movie or show on the 60' 4K TV with cable, streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime, and of course high speed WiFi. When you've had enough screen time, you can dive into the stash of board games! ★Private Yard★ Just walk out the back of the unit and you'll be on your own private patio overlooking your own private yard! It's equipped with everything you need for a cookout! ★Bathroom and Laundry★ The modern bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer! There is a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent for your convenience. The entire house is all yours! In addition, there is a private yard enclosed with fences for you to enjoy! The house shares a driveway with another unit, but there is a dedicated parking space and unlimited street parking because its a totally residential neighborhood! We are happy to help with anything you need, and we can stop by and help with any questions you have about the property! However, we're also happy to give you total privacy during your stay! The home is in a quiet and friendly residential neighborhood with a Safeway grocery store less than a mile away. Spend the day at the expansive retail district just down the hill, or hop on the Seatac light rail to easily reach downtown Seattle. For those needing access to the airport and Seatac convention centers, the home is conveniently situated less than a mile away! If you have access to a car, you'll love how easy it is go get around from this guest house! You can hop on I-5 or I-99 and get into Seattle or Tacoma in 15-20 minutes. If you don't want to deal with Seattle traffic or parking, you can park at the Tukwila light rail station and glide into Seattle in about 30 minutes! If you don't have a car, you'll also have plenty of options to get around! The Seatac lightrail station is just over a half mile away and is an easy walk. There is also a bus line (156) about a 3 block walk away that picks up every 15 minutes. Getting to and from the airport is incredibly easy (walkable, or a 5 minute taxi/ride share). Ride shares are constantly available within just a few minutes, and are a great way to get around! In addition to Seattle, there is a bustling shopping and dining district just down the hill called Southcenter. It has TONS of options for dining, movie theatres, shopping, IKEA, and one of the largest malls in the region. Southcenter is a 5-10 minute drive away! The house is situated in the back of our property and you access it by going around the main house on the west side (right of the main house). The dedicated parking spot is marked with a welcome sign and is on the right side of the driveway. There is a wide swinging gate that opens up directly to the front steps of your Airbnb!

Tranquil hideaway with a rural feel a short walk from baggage claim and in Seatac's World Table district. Hotels can't give you 2 comfy bedrooms, 3 electric fireplaces, a spacious living room/dining room/kitchen fully stocked with appliances big and small and a plethora of utensils. This daylight basement unit converted to cozy little mother-in-law apartment has a washer and dryer, free parking, and lots of incidentals saving you time and money.
