Family-friendly vacation rentals in Seaside

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home a short walk to both the beach and great eating. It was an easy 5 minute walk from the regional access point for the beach. While the accesss point is small, it limits the crowd. The neighborhood was quiet and private. Our host was super responsive. A minor repair was needed to a shower and it was addressed right away. The beach and pool gear on-site was a huge relief as we did not need to bring our own. We enjoyed the pool, which was in a great spot to be shielded from the sun in the morning and late afternoon. The home itself was great, a massive kitchen with dual fridges and dishwashers opens to the living area and eating area, making it easy to manage and entertain a large group. We had room to do a large puzzle on one end, stage towels and sunscreen on the other, and still have plenty of room for dishes and room to eat at the counter. The ground floor full bathroom was very useful for quick showers as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Had a really great, short stay here in beautiful PCB. The kids loved the mini golf right out the back door. The area was gated and felt very peaceful and safe. The home was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7. The only thing I would recommend is to add a few more kitchen gadgets, like a working can opener and some more cutting boards/knifes for those cooking in like we did. Overall, great place!

We loved our stay here! And Matthew did such a great job being our host. If we had any questions or small maintenance concerns, there was someone at our door within about 20 minutes. This home was a perfect place for our family of 12 . The private pool and hot tub in the backyard were ideal! We chose to have the swimming pool heated, which made it possible to use the pool anytime of the day. And the Gulf was only about a a block and a half away. And the kitchen, well, it had everything we needed! I’ve Never had such a well stocked Airbnb. Griddle, slow cooker, rice cooker, small air fryer, and every utensil/pan you could think of. Ok

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay

Very nice place right on the beach. Me and my family had a great time and loved our stay. Would definitely come back to stay again. Also David was very responsive and helpful.

We had the best stay with our young kiddos. We did rent a car but it is very walkable. The kids would have been happy to never leave the condo complex itself. The pools were beautiful, the beach was easily accessible and the included beach service is a huge plus. The pier, boardwalk, and Gulfarium are within walking distance. We had everything we needed. The host was EXTREMELY quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Very accurate description. Our family doesn’t need the latest and greatest decor. We only care that we have a clean home to stay in and it was clean. We enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed that everyone had their own bathroom. Mike was very quick to text back with any questions I had. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Chandra’s place was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. We plan to visit again.

We really enjoyed the close walk ability to the beach. This was a great location in Gulf Highlands closest to the beach entrance. Not all pools are heated, but it wasn’t far to walk to one of the heated pools. We also enjoyed the putt putt course. We found the people at the entrances to be quite pleasant and helpful. Katy was a great host to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Unfortunately we had cold and rainy weather most of our stay so we did not get to use the lovely patio area as we’d hoped. So we easily drove to explore areas both east and west of PCB. Lots of good restaurants in the PCB areas too.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! The location of the house was great! Very close to the beach, even closer than I thought it would be. It's a beautiful beach. There's a restaurant next door and a place across the street with rentals and food, ice cream, etc. There's also a nice walking trail. Conveniently located to other towns in the area. Enough space for our family.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

The house is a very short walk from the beach and an easy drive to anything in PCB. We had other family staying at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat while we were there, which was very easy to access from this house. Other things we liked: the dining table is huge and also great for board games, the fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog, there were extra pool floats, chairs, and beach toys at the house so we didn't have to bring as much. All in all, we would stay here again.

Our family of four had a fabulous spring break trip and a great part of that was staying in this home! The golf cart made it SO easy and fun to get the beach!! Having access to their beach chairs and things made it easy as a traveler. This was our first time visiting the Gulf coast and we will be back!

Great Hostess. Have been coming to PCB for the last six years and have stayed here for five of those six. Victoria is great with communicating and addressing anything that should come up to make your stay better. Her property is always clean and well maintained. She has a great crew. (Side Story) After our stay, her crew discovered my wife left her walking cane and text a picture to let us know. They were kind enough to take the time and ship it to us.
