Vacation rentals with a pool in Seal Beach

There were six of us. Three adults and three teen/tween. This accommodated us very well and comfortably. The home is cozy and nice. The backyard nice and relaxing. Wish we could’ve had time to enjoy it more. Kitchen was large. Great location and was perfect for us. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. So be cognizant of that for the time of year. Wasn’t as big a deal to us as we really only slept there and didn’t utilize it like I thought we would.

The beds were so comfortable and the space was perfect for getting 10 family members together. It was good for teens and young adults as well as old adults. Lots of separate spaces to hang out and visit. Hosts were super responsive and answered any questions we had. All in all a really great weekend!!! Thank you so much!!

We spent a week at this house. It was the perfect resting place after moving out of our home while in transition to our new house.The house is tucked into a peaceful cul de sac, it was very quiet during our stay. The house is clean and cozy.We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and entertaining guests with a wide arrange of games on the patio. The location is close to the freeways so its easy to get to all our destinations. I definitely would recommend this listing and visit again.

fantastic place and a great proactive, friendly and attentive host. 7 minutes from the LB airport, CSLB and 12 minutes to the beach, 20 to downtown LB. quiet tree-lined neighborhood, very walkable but close to restaurants and entertainment. Great pool and lots of outside space for relaxing. Check on pool heat, if you need it, only heats pool or hot tub at a time, but host is very flexible in making accomodations. for sure will rent here again next time we're in town.

This house was amazing! Even better than the pictures! Dimitris was great with communication and providing suggestions for the area. Sean (co-host) was on site when we arrived and walked us through everything in the home. The entire stay he was just a text or phone call away and it was great! Only slight issue was the previous guest smoked in the home so the floors were a little sticky and dirty from whatever the cleaners used to get rid of the smoke odor. Besides that, the place was clean and perfect! They even offered a bottle of wine for the floor troubles (thank you!) - we enjoyed the pool the 1st day we were there and did not need the heater. But we felt it the days after, and I recommend purchasing the heating if you plan to use it during this time of year. (we only used the pool the 1st as we were out exploring the other days). This was a great stay and highly recommend!! Thank you Dimitris & Sean!!

Amazing stay. We had 8 people in our group and everyone enjoyed the place. The neighborhood itself was very nice and quiet, and the house was perfect- exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, tons of towels provided and great entertainment available. The pool was the nicest, super clean and the backyard area was super cute in general. We loved the garage as well, and we had a great night in hanging out there. Host was incredibly generous, kept us updated with everything and replied very quickly. Would love to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!!

Jessica and Ethan were incredible hosts! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. The home was perfect for our family getaway ,spacious, cozy, and kid-friendly. Our kids had a blast, and we felt right at home the entire time. First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great place with all the little things you'd need - pool/ beach towels, utensils, water, coffee, etc.

My family stayed at Krysta’s home for nights during our trip to Disneyland. Krysta was super responsive and proactive in her communications. She reached out ahead of the time to help arrange our arrival and was there to help us settle in. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was very clean! The neighborhood was clean and safe, with a children’s playground just right outside. The drive to Disneyland parks and disney downtown area was only 10 minutes and super easy. I highly recommend Krysta and her home to anyone looking to visit Disney!

Trevor’s home was perfect for 10 of us. The thoughtful touches, including jar of snacks and fresh coffee beans were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The kids (aged 8-18) enjoyed the game room and the pool. There is a Wii in the garage if you’d like to bring games. Many pool toys, board games, and outdoor games to keep the kids entertained. All TVs had live tv. Although you are close to Disney, you would have to walk to the back end/parking garage/downtown Disney. We opted to get dropped off. The cookware sets, kitchen and dinnerware were all of good quality. (Green Pans, Henckels knives). Communication was mostly outside of Airbnb app and with on call manager with any questions. Would definitely come back again! Thank you!

This was our second time staying at the house. We came down for our daughter’s college graduation and the house fit us perfectly. Also needing to accommodate our two dogs! I recommend this house without any hesitation!

The house was nice. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed. It was nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast in every morning. We loved getting in the pool and hot tub any time we wanted to! We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Whitney’s Airbnb! The home was spacious, clean, and well cared for. Whitney was very responsive and quick to address a few minor concerns we had upon arrival. The house is older but full of charm. There are cameras in the front and backyard, which felt a bit intimidating at first—especially for the kiddos—but we understood it was for security and had no issues since we followed the house rules and treated the place with respect. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and appreciated the hospitality.

We just had a wonderful weekend here with three families, each with young children! James’s home is not only super creative and full of fun themes, but also cozy, clean, and very well-equipped. The kids absolutely loved the play areas and themed decorations, and the adults really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Before booking, James communicated very clearly and professionally — especially regarding the guest limit, which we completely understood and respected. Everything went smoothly and felt very well managed. The location is great too — we all live within 30 miles, so this is the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway! We’re already planning to come back and try one of James’s other themed houses. The Star Wars, LEGO, dinosaur, jungle safari, and Pirate Bay themes all sound amazing! Before checking out, we cleaned up, took out the trash, and did a full walk-through of the home. There was a small accident during the BBQ where part of the artificial turf got burned — we felt re
