Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. Private studio apartment. Second-story unit, set back from the street, in a separate building behind the hosts' home. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

The cottage is right in the heart of Downtown Huntington Beach, also known as Surf City USA. From here you walk out the gate, go just a few steps & you're on Main Street. Walk down Main Street a few short blocks with dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping and other great attractions & you will be at PCH. Welcome to the Huntington Beach Nest. The ATTACHED studio is in a mid century beach bungalow and is beautifully furnished and updated. It is close to world famous Huntington Beach and in close proximity to several other beautiful California beaches. The studio includes a king size bed, kitchenette, private bathroom and private entrance. *Please note. Dogs are welcome but there is a $50 cleaning fee for their stay.*Max of 1 dog is allowed. If more are brought, you will be asked to leave.

This unit is perfect for a solo traveler and for guests who are visiting for a conference, extended business stay, training, visiting family, etc. IMPORTANT please read house rules before booking. The unit has no stove. A dedicated 1 parking space is included.
