Hillside Ocean View 2BR with Private Beach Access

Spacious and fun for families and small groups, you can walk right down to Pavilion Beach within 10 minutes and access to Clark Beach. While it is a small house, there is great space inside. The living area is open an has a nice view outside toward the ocean. The living area is comfy with nice sofas to really relax. Cable and high speed wifi are standard, of course. There is a master bedroom with a side view of the ocean, so you can see a beautiful sunrise from the queen sized bed in the morning. The other bedroom has also has a queen sized bed. Nice kitchen space with lots of cooking equipment needed to entertain or cook, including a lobster pot and a small dishwasher. There is also a windowed-in sitting room which faces the ocean and leads to the balcony where great views and barbecues can be had. You'll have permission to go to Clark Beach, a private beach for Great Neck residents and visitors. It's about a 15 minute walk to Clark or 10 minutes to public Pavilion Beach. Other Notes: For reservations 28 nights and over, the actual usage utility bills will be paid by the guest. A $500 utilities deposit will be taken for long term rentals of 2 months or more. Located 1.8 mi-dock square, 2.6 mi- Colony Beach, .7 mi -Cape Arundel Golf Course. Plenty of onsite parking, beach pass provided for Kbunk Beaches, a large back yard for fun and relaxation. Just on the outside of town in a country setting. Comfortable setting for relaxation. This is a daily reservation from Oct.1st-June. I love to make sure my guests have as much fun as they can while they are visiting and will help out in anyway possible. No dogs of any kind are allowed

Happy Hours, a quaint and fun home with large yard

Your family will be within walking distance to everything when you stay in our home. There is a large grassy yard which has a play set and area for a bonfire. Screened in front porch and outdoor dining area. Entertainment room in the garage with tv, ping pong table and bar. Outdoor cold water shower. Quiet cozy cottage close to restaurants, beach

Winter-wonderland, close to skiing and a walk from great dining. In the summer, enjoy the quiet backyard or walk to the beach! No need to find parking, my place is 3/10 of a mile from downtown Kennebunkport and 7/10 of a mile to Gooch's Beach. You will love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, and the location. My place is good for couples. It has a tempurpedic king-sized bed and a queen sized pull out bed in the living room.

Adorable renovated house, steps from Front Beach

Gretchen’s house is a charming, two-story one on a very nice and quiet little street. The furnishings are pretty and tasteful, and there is comfortable living room furniture, as well an excellent beds and pillows. Our favorite thing was its location, within very easy walking distance from a gorgeous park and beach. Downtown was also reachable via a short walk. We did some of our own cooking and found everything we needed. Gretchen was an especially nice and responsive hostess. If we were lucky enough to get to Rockport again, I would want to stay there.

The back deck was perfect - comfortable furniture and great fire table. It was very close to everything we wanted to visit. We really loved the house and enjoyed our stay.

We rented this place for a girls weekend getaway. It was what we expected from the description and exactly what we needed. We stayed in and cooked, enjoyed the firepit and nestled in to the cozy beds. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was so close to shopping, food and the beach…although it snowed and rained the weekend we stayed so we didn’t explore much. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Would definitely stay again. Stephen was a great host and was responsive to all our needs, even including a thoughtful welcoming package. The house was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers for our big group. Just FYI if you plan on cooking, bring your own spices. The house is a walk away to Perkins Cove but was still an oasis in the woods for tranquil sleep.

Seabrook NH in April is not for the people who are looking for a warm spring HOWEVER despite the wind and rain Jennifer’s place was a nice spot to relax and spend the evening after a day of activities. There is ample parking and come summer great access to the beach and walkable restaurants. The outside space is great for a family to hang out and grill. The child friendliness was a nice touch - access to a high chair/ crib / dishes were great so we did not have to bring all that stuff with us

Abby's home was gorgeous, felt personal unlike many airbnbs that are clearly only for guests to stay, and was so spacious. This was one of the few airbnbs that I can remember that had all of the kitchen supplies we needed for our admittedly limited use. Abby was so communicative and the location was excellent, only being a few minutes away from downtown Rockport. I would recommend this place for anyone!

Loved staying at this location! We stayed here and drove into Boston one day and Salem the other two days. Even though you’re a little over an hour away from each of the locations, the drive is beautiful during the fall and goes by fast. Jamie’s home was a great place to come back to after a long day and just sit outside by the water and relax by the fire. The downstairs was perfect for all of us to hang out and watch movies in the evening as well. This was the perfect location for a girls trip. Thanks so much for the hospitality and responsiveness!

This is undoubtedly the nicest Airbnb my family has ever stayed in. It was the cleanest and in the most pristine shape. The hosts thought of everything from a small welcome gift to setting stuff up for a baby. It was just so thoughtful and really made the stay amazing. Talking to captain Phil, you can really see how he wants his guests to feel right at home. My daughter and my family loved the private pool and the house was in a great location. The pool itself made for an amazing and relaxing weekend and we left with many core memories for my daughter and family. The beach was right down the road and ongunquit only a few minutes away. You’re really only a stones throw away to get anywhere! Everything was perfect and I have been raving about this place to my friends. We are already looking to book our stay for next year and potentially a NYE getaway. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for a place. Book it! I know I will!
