Had a Short & very lovely stay. The flat is near the water, clean and quiet. It only takes 5 min to get to the City. Perfect base for your stay in Cape Town! Richenda was very active and provided us with amazing tips on what to do in Cape Town and along the Garden Route. We will come back!

We had a great stay at this place, the view from the apartment of table mountain and lions peak was amazing! The apartment itself was in a good location and had amenities to use such as a gym and pool, that had beautiful views of the city and mountains, it was a great place to watch the sunset. Avril was a great host, she was very responsive and friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at Richenda’s apartment in Cape Town. This was my second time staying in one of her properties, and once again, everything was exactly as described. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for my needs. Richenda was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, making the experience seamless from start to finish. I had a truly lovely time and would highly recommend her and her apartments to anyone visiting Cape Town. Thank you again, Richenda — I look forward to my next stay!

A wonderful stay! The room was great, everything was super clean and I felt comfortable and safe at all times. Especially the friendly staff at the door made my day - like every time. The location is perfect - central with a beautiful view of Lion's Head. Of course it can be noisy from time to time as the flat is right on Main Street, but that's just part of it. I'm happy all round and will definitely come be back! xoxo Laura
