Beach house vacation rentals in Sea Point

Hout bay was wonderful and the house had lovely beds and plenty of kitchen dishes as well as towels for the beach and even some sand toys. The place was cleaned meticulously and was relatively easy to access. They had a booklet of local recommendations that was helpful if a little overstuffed. The first two pages worked great. The washer and drier left something to be desired - the drier door wouldn’t stay shut and was finicky about turning on. The house could have used a few little touches like some laundry detergent, but Abigail was helpful.

I've stayed in different rental apartments in Cape Town and Jess' one is the best so far! Perfect location in safe and vibrant Sea Point, best for both morning runs and breakfasts and evening bar hopping as well. The apartment is well equipped with everything for cooking(and the braai!). We stayed for roughly 2 weeks, worked remotely with a lot of zoom meetings and had perfect connection. Jess was in contact with us all the time, communication was superfast.

This is my second time staying here and it still is the best place to stay in capetown so safe and with the sweetest most responsive hosts amazing to stay for an amazing get away or to relax super clean comfy beds gorgeous outside area just perfect

Such a beautiful place to stay in Cape Town! Camps Bay is beautiful and there are great restaurant and bar options within walking distance and of course THE BEACH! Getting over the mountains into the city bowl was super a quick and easy Uber ride away. The house itself is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. Since we visited in the fall, we didn't end up using the pool but the outdoor space was still so lovely. I would say to remember to bring shampoo and body wash because that was the only thing missing for us, but luckily there are supermarkets a 2 min walk away in case you forget like we did. :)

Lovely property with view of sea and mountains. The private pool deck was great and the sauna a novel bonus. The table on terrace and braai were sheltered despite a howling wind during our stay. Kitchen fully equipped. Rooms were very comfortable with gorgeous views. A lovely place to wake up for a big birthday thanks

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful home, comfortable, lots of space and walking distance to Camps Bay, for coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shopping. Being right on the beach was amazing. Then having a three minute walk to paddle tennis courts was an added benefit. Would recommend staying here, and we look forward to visiting again.

A beautiful and cosy home while still getting a taste of an exotic haven. Had an unforgettable weekend with some friends as we made use of all the lounging/pool/communal areas and fire places. We were blessed with gorgeous surroundings and views everyday. Place was neat and clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was also our favourite common area. Jane and her team were always super helpful, friendly and responsive when we had any queries and needed assistance with anything. I already want to go back!

The accommodation and my entire stay was just perfect! Beautiful house in the best location in all of Cape Town. A wonderful cleaning lady Winnie and above all two wonderful hosts who take care of everything and are always there when you need something. I had no problems with power outages and the internet was always available, which was important for me and my work. Thank you Paul and Christa for letting me be your guest!

We were absolutely enchanted. Vanessa has great taste in decor. Lots of attention to detail. In addition, we were very warmly welcomed. The house is equipped with everything you need. We had a very nice week in Vanessa's beautiful house.

We had a fantastic stay at Oliver's place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped and extremely pleasant inside and outside. The location is great, the view is awesome, it gives a feeling of remoteness though very well connected to everything. Perfect to work, to relax or to go hiking around. Oliver was always reachable and helpful. We loved the place and will definitely come back.

Christina’s place was perfect for my stay in Sea Point, just a 5 mins walk to the Main Street. The cottage was clean and spacious. Also, Christina’s very welcoming, attentive and helpful. It’s a wonderful stay and I can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Leigh's beautiful place! It is perfect for families and in walkable distance to the promenade and nice restaurants/ brunch spots. Everything was as described, and we really felt home. The hosts were super helpful and always approachable. Would definitely recommend a stay and come back again!

The pictures do not lie, The Brickhouse is amazing! Nestled on a hill with fantastic views of Hout Bay. We had a beautiful 10 days there and I cannot wait to go back. Our host Mark was so friendly and accommodating . Thank you again Mark!!

Lianne is a very thoughtful and organised host who is willing to make a plan to help to meat her guests needs. The house is lovely furnished and very good maintained and ideally positioned to walk to the water front, restaurants or other points of interests. Definitely recommendable.

The apartment seems to be pretty new and well equipped. The beds are quite comfy. Everything looks like on the pictures, however to see this amazing view in person is just incredible. The apartment is not the cheapest one but if you would like to have a view over the city and the table mountain it is hard to find anything better in the city. The USP is definitely the terrace, we enjoyed it every morning and evening. We will come back again!

The cottage is lovely and we'll furnished. The neighborhood is great, peaceful but with nice restaurants and shops nearby. Roland was very responsive and helpful. We liked the place so much that we booked it again for our return trip to Cape Town. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The highlight was the stunning balcony, perfect for relaxing. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and spacious enough for our group of 8. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus two additional guest WCs, making it incredibly comfortable. The location in Sea Point is ideal—just a short walk to Main Street’s great restaurants and only 5 minutes to the sea. Perfect spot, highly recommend!
