Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

High quality studio in modern building.

This high quality studio is in the heart of popular Sea Point, close to all amenities,and less than a minutes walk to the Promenade. It has full use of the building's stunning rooftop deck and pool. The kitchen is compact but has all you will need. A parking bay, 24 hour security and fast Wifi complete the picture. We are LGBTQ friendly. Please note construction is starting at the site next door in April 2024, and will last for approx 18 months. Prices have been adjusted to reflect this.

Newly renovated studio with wonderful sea views. The apartment is ideal for one or two people on holiday or for business. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The apartment has WiFi as well as a smart TV with Netflix. The complex is situated in Sea Point, just a 2 minute walk from the promenade and a 5 minutes drive to the Waterfront, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. Secure parking is available. 24 hours security/doorman are present. There is also an inverter for load shedding.

I'm always a phone call, or airbnb message away. The apartment is steps away from a number of beaches, as well as Sea Point Pool and Mojo Market. There's an array of great eateries & cafes nearby: Kleinsky's, Bootleggers, Scheckters Raw, & Jarryd's. There's an inverter to keep you connected to internet, a light, & TV on during loadshedding. Please note: as Sea Point is extremely sought-after, there are developments in the area resulting in some construction noise during the day.
