Perfect location and beautiful house, pictures don’t do it justice. Easy check in and host was very accommodating.

The place was lovely, exactly as described. Everything is super modern, and well maintained. And, the service was very good, Janine and Rachel were extremely responsive as hosts, and any small niggles were well taken care of.

Gerhard was an amazing host. Gave us a tour of the apartment block as well as the apartment on arrival. One of the best, most modern and elegant apartments we have stayed in. It's always great when a host stresses the small stuff for example milk & water in the fridge, bean coffee machine with supplies, aircon. Beautiful view to top it off! Can highly recommend if you are looking for a luxurious home away from home. Thanks for a great stay!

An absolutely marvelous stay at Stephanie’s apartment listing. Easy checking in process, & had great help from her assistant Calvin. He gave an amazing tour of the rental property, and made sure we were well taken care of!! From top to bottom everything was clean and organized. Every detail about the listing was spot on as well, beautiful panoramic views to see both the city and ocean. Location is perfect, you’re close to almost all activities and key points of interest. Highly recommendable 5 stars in my book!!

Washer dryer in unit were exactly what I needed. Pierre was an extremely helpful host and it was so easy to book Ubers here and receive courier packages. Would recommend as a home base to enjoy Cape Town!

The apartment is very clean and lovely. Everything well arranged and have more than I expected. It's very accessible to many interesting places as a first timer and a tourist. The host is very proactive in supporting guest to navigate the city. Being in the CBD, you are sure of getting the quietness one need/deserved at night. I love Tokyo Apartment and the whole set up. Absolutely loved our stay! Every room in this place offers a view, but the living room view is truly unbeatable—you can see Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Robben Island, and the ocean all at once. The top-floor room shares the same stunning panorama. Staying here made me want to move to Cape Town! The neighborhood is both secure and peaceful, exactly as it appears on the website. The home itself is even more beautiful in person. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town. An unforgettable experience!

Perfect location for city vibes. The patio with Mountain View was to die for and hosted memorable family reunion braais. Kitchen had everything we needed. My sons took a quick uber to table mountain early for a sunrise hike.. while we did the cableway. Washer and dryer was great to have. We felt right at home. Secure. Two parking bays. We ubered all over the place, Uber was always quick to respond. We walked Bree and Kloof street for shopping; and had lunch at “Our Local” which was recommended by Johan and we second this emotion! The food was incredible. No complaints. Beds comfy with electric blankets if needed. Close to everything. Wonderful stay. Debbie who came in to clean on the last day was a gem. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely magnificent stay! This apartment offered breathtaking views in a wonderful building that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect - just a short walk to beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants, making it easy to explore Cape Town on foot. Our host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special mention to the cleaning staff who were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this place highly enough to anyone visiting Cape Town. A truly five-star experience from start to finish!

There were six of us traveling from Vancouver, Canada. We stayed at this apartment from May 8 to 14, 2025, and received thoughtful help and support from Nox during our stay — we are truly grateful! The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view. During the day, we could watch the waves, and at night, we could fall asleep to the sound of the sea. If we have the opportunity to visit Cape Town again in the future, we would definitely choose to stay in this apartment once more. Thank you again!

We absolutely adored this apartment. It is exactly as described in the listing. The place is very nicely decorated and the hosts considered all things. It feels warm and cozy and the set up is great for groups with individual bathrooms for each bedroom - plus a half bath for visitor use. It is a very secure unit (Jack & Paul at front are so awesome). The unit is in a great walkable location - with multiple restaurants, stores and boutiques. We loved the location. If you are traveling with a group or larger family the space is cozy enough to create intimate moments but also provide for separate living should you desire. Each bedroom is fully equipped with its own AC/heating unit, TV (w/ streaming services include) and bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and check in/out was such a breeze. We will definitely book here again. Great stay!

Staying at Este-Maria’s elegant penthouse at the Marina Waterfront truly exceptional. On arrival, I was blown away by the beauty, comfort, and tranquillity of the space. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It’s stylish, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with luxurious touches throughout. I woke up to panoramic views of the Marina and Table Mountain even though there were two days of serious rain downpour, the view was still magical. The entire space was amazing and private terrace was my favourite spot to enjoy evening sunsets. The location is unbeatable-peaceful and very secure, yet just a short stroll to the V&A Waterfront, top restaurants, and all the best that Cape Town has to offer. Este-Marie’s team led by Banco were fantastic—welcoming, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. They made my stay seamless. This was easily the best Airbnb experience i ever had. I left feeling inspired, and already planning to book this this space for my return to Cape Town

Our host was communicative, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful experience. Every little detail – from the ambient lighting to the cozy bedding – showed how much care and love went into the home.

What a beautiful home away from home! I absolutely loved everything in Justine & Terence’s place, so tastefully designed. It is extremely spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The personal guide is detailed and has great tips for exploring the area. It’s not often you find such a calming oasis within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the company gardens or parks. Justine is a fantastic host, very quick to communicate and provide all the info I needed for a seamless self check-in. I highly recommend a stay here!

I had such a lovely stay, communication was seamless and it was such a beautiful apartment! Very very stunning, smelled amazing and very clean. I respect places that are welcoming in such clean and luxurious spaces, everything was close by and it was easy to check in and check out. Really fell inlove with the apartment I will most definitely be back! Worth the price!
