Tiny house vacation rentals in Cape Town

Our stay with Lisa & Ivan was very memorable! We loved the cosy tiny house, which had everything one needs for a great stay. Easy walkable access to the beach and the few restaurants in Scarborough was a big plus. The surroundings are breathtaking! Lisa was very helpful with questions we had. We are very glad we found this little place.

We had a fantastic stay at Roger's little cottage. It was well equipped with everything we needed and was peaceful and private but close enough to walk to the spectacular beach and drive to some lovely coffee shops, delis and restaurants. Roger was prompt in responding to any questions we had and we would definitely like to return to this special spot. Thanks, again, Roger.

This was honestly one of my best Airbnb experiences, and this goes beyond the beauty of Fish Hoek and the room itself. I think it was about the overall feeling of care. There was just something about the objects, the words, and the things in this room that made me feel safe. This thoughtful approach allowed me to truly relax and enjoy my time. From the beginning, it was clear that a lot of thought had been put into the space. Thank you Gerda and Francois for the love you pour into the space. It is palpable!

My stay at the place was warm, comfortable and very rewarding for the mission I was on during the short period. I recommend anyone requiring a beautiful and peaceful stay to consider this cost effective option.

Had a great stay with my family at Beata’s beach cottage! Peaceful and Friendly. A few steps and we were at the beach! My daughter was thrilled! Beata is a great host and her place was perfect for a family escape. Beata is always there when you need her but also gives you space to enjoy the space in peace. We truly appreciated her approach to hosting. Kommetjie is a hidden gem!

We really enjoyed the peaceful vibes of the farm. Poenie, the host, was very communicative and helpful. The location is not far from downtown by car and the amenities are great.

We had such an incredible weekend. Jacqui was an amazing host, very kind, friendly, generous and accommodating. This booking exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were such thoughtful finishing touches throughout the home. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this stay to others.

My partner and I had a fabulous stay at the Nest last week. The place has everything you need for a couple’s retreat and is super cute, has great attention to detail in terms of comforts to ensure a pleasant and relaxed stay including a nice hot tub and shower on the terrace. Wendy was a super responsive and kind host and had blankets arranged as requested to manage the chilly weather. Wendy also gave us some really nice complimentary beers and wine in the fridge which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Sadly we had to cut our visit short due to bad weather, but we hope to be back in the near future to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Pringle and Betty’s Bay. Prior to booking this place we were looking for something special in this area and we have to say this surpassed our expectations. Don’t hesitate to book! Thanks Wendy 🙏🏽

Perfect spot for a Retreat for One. Amazing views! It felt like I was staying in a hiking cabin (with more amenities) - secluded, surrounded by nature - but I only had to hike 50 meters to experience it 😊. Loved the outdoor shower and the compost toilet was spotless and odour-free. I'd love to go back!

I absolutely loved my time at this garden cottage. It was everything I needed for the Easter break and my dog had such a fun time sniffing about all the flowers. It had everything I needed inside it as well.

This was the perfect antidote to city chaos! My partner and I were craving a quiet escape, and your place delivered in every way. Waking up to the sound of birds instead of traffic, sipping coffee and soaking in those stunning mountain views felt like a total reset. The house was spotless, absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor kitchen. The location was just far enough to feel like a true getaway. Cathy was so responsive and kind, making us feel right at home. We’re already planning our next visit to this little slice of paradise!

Very excluded property 1h from Cape Town. Absolutely loved the decompression from everyday life. A lot of options to enjoy your time there with a direct bookable extras, like massage on the deck etc.

Dear Andrea and Rob What a time of total rejuvenation we had in the stone cottage. Beautifully equipped, with a cosy bed, an outside shower with hot hot water, roses you can actually smell smiling to greet you. Hairdryer and and...all one may need. The fireplace was just wonderful, as it rained a great deal, nudging us to read and be still. But magical walks and swims in the clear clean dam we're a highlight too. HIGHLY recommended. I booked this apartment for my friend who extended her work trip to enjoy a quiet weekend in Cape Town before flying back ... and it turned out to be the perfect choice. She found the space peaceful, beautifully set up, and just right for a solo stay. It gave her a chance to unwind in comfort and safety, with everything she needed close at hand. Pippa was kind and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for solo travellers looking for a restful and well-located spot.

We had the most wonderful 5-night stay at this beautiful Eden cottage! From the moment we arrived, Claude was incredibly kind, welcoming, and flexible - making us feel right at home. The house itself is stunning, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect: just a short walk to the beach, close to the penguins, and nestled in such a peaceful, scenic area. Every moment here was magical, and we’re already planning to return next year. Highly, highly recommended!

Even better than the photos. The hosts Juneta and Antoinette made us feel right at home and gave lots of recommendations on how the best enjoy the beautiful Franschhoek. The unit is central and well within walking distance from shops, restaurants and the Franschhoek terminal of the wine tram. We sincerely hope that we can come back here some day 😊

Absolutely loved our stay at The Pod. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and friendly. The area was peaceful and beautiful. We had the best stay and we will definitely be revisiting shortly.

I had the pleasure of staying for 6 weeks and had a special time at The Not So Tiny House because of the space it provided me, it’s beautiful surroundings and the hospitality provided by Tristan and Alison. Neither will I forget the company of Shadow on the deck, in the sunshine, who is a forever companion.
