vlVery good place to stay, very friendly. Only Problem: There was a (Ventilation?) machine in the roof of the house very Close to our room which whas quite loud. My Girlfriend had No Problem to sleep, but for me was a bit disturbung

My stay at Onur’s place was fantastic! The staff, Emrah especially, were incredibly helpful, offering tips on local tours and restaurant recommendations. When I found myself a bit short on cash for a taxi, they were kind enough to help me out. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here!

The Galley Hotel was extremely accommodating to us for our 14+ person family reunion in Istanbul! This trip's purpose was for our family from Ukraine, Georgia, and America to all meet in one place for the first time in years, and we are so glad we chose The Galley Hotel for our extended stay. It was a perfect location both for accessing the city, having a spot to rest and recharge, and hosting family breakfasts and dinners. The hotel's resources were also very reliable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfasts we ordered were the perfect way to start our days, and the kitchen was such a vital part of our stay, providing for a place to gather, eat, and play games as a family. The front desk and cleaning staff were absolutely the highlight of our stay. Not only are they available 24 hours a day, but they were extremely communicative with us, just a phone call or text message away if we needed any help or wanted to book any experiences in Istanbul. Overall, it was a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and situated in a very convenient neighborhood. I had to cancel one day due to my flight schedule, and the cancellation was approved immediately with a prompt refund initiated.

They took care of me from the moment of booking until the moment of arrival, were always ready to help and attentive to details. The hotel is located near the Istanbul airport, on the seashore.
