Vacation rentals with lake access in Sea of Marmara

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

We stayed as a family with babies and were very satisfied. It was a great convenience for us to have a crib in the room. The house was clean; especially the kitchen utensils were spotless, and we were comfortable with cleaning during the stay thanks to the dishwasher and broom. The pool was clean and the garden was completely private to us, which provided great comfort. Everything needed was available in the kitchen and bathroom. There were all the necessary stuff for the barbecue, we had a pleasant time. The house is located in a quiet, nature and peaceful location. Being close to the grocery store and bakery was very practical in terms of daily needs. The host was very caring, we did not have any problems because the generator came on when there was a power outage. Check in and check out was also very easy and smooth. Definitely a value place in terms of price-performance, we would consider coming back. The only thing to note is that it can be encountered by flies and insects because it is in nature. If you are prepared for this, there will be no problem.

Mr. Turgut and his mother were friendly... We had a really pleasant and comfortable experience during our stay at the house. The house was even more beautiful and spotless than the photos. All our needs were considered, everything was complete. The host was extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. The only word was great. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for everything. Sina was a great host! She was very friendly and helpful at all times. The place was spotless and just like the pictures. I can 100% recommend it and would check in there myself. For families, Sina's place is awesome. Everyone has enough space and space to relax.

We stayed in the house for 3 days, everything was above our expectations. The house was quite big, spacious and extremely clean. There was nothing missing in terms of comfort. Hosts were also very caring and welcoming and helpful with everything. It was a great place to choose with peace of mind, we were very satisfied!

The room is very good. Clean and it had everything we needed. lots of retaurants, laundry and local shops around. However just a disclaimer, the location is very inconvenient for leisure Travellers. its around 1 hour 20 minutes by public transportation to the main town. The public transport connection is very good and frequent but still they are very crowded all the times and it could be annoying. If you have personal car then it might be possible. But overall a very good experience.

Özlem is a wonderful host. She even guided me around the neighborhood to see some historical places. This neighborhood is awesome neighborhood, full of cafes and historical buildings. Özlem's apartment is one of the houses mentioned in the famous colorful houses street in the center of Istanbul. I was satisfied the bed was very big and very comfortable in the bedroom. By the way the transportation is very easy to reach her apartment. Tram, bus and ferry are very close. I definitely recommend Özlem's place.

they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very nice. There was a single-vehicle parking space available. The view was perfect. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Good position, plenty of services around, close by train station. I was staying for several weeks, accomodation was cozy and provided nice place to stay. Place will need few repairs and painting but if you are not looking for five start hotel standard, this place is cool.

Apartment is exactly as described in Airbnb. Everything is very clean. And confortable. Balat is very picturesque district. Unbelievable. Me and my friends felt very safe. Near the house is sinagoga, 24 hours every day you may see police car close to it. You may eat, drink, or buy everything in a small markets very close to apartment. Tram and bus station is also very close...few minutes (5-10) Only one thing confusing me and my friends...when you get address you wouldn't see word "Balat", you will see Ayvansaray. If you used tram you have to go in/out in Balat! Not Ayvansaray. If you you use taxi i could recommend Balat Beauty Boutige house very close to apartment. They officially arranged transfer to airport. If i go again i will choose this apartment. Host is very kind and attentive to his guests.

Mr. Haluk was very interested, available at any time, and thought of every detail and prepared it in advance. There was nothing missing in the house. The kitchen supplies were sufficient. The house gets very warm after the stove is lit, he is completely helpful with these issues, so we did not have any cold problems. It's very quiet around and there were roads for hiking as well. You can sit in the garden and spend time by the fire, or you can enjoy and chat with the view upstairs. There is no grocery store nearby, you have to go by car so it needs to be prepared. The phone doesn't work much, but we don't mind, we come here to get away from them. I recommend it to everyone, have a nice one in advance. Footnote: get back out of the parking lot:)

The house is much more beautiful and spacious than it appears in the photos. It was nice to have a fire pit and barbecue in the garden. We loved the heated pool, the temperature and size are very ideal, we were able to swim in the pool even at night. The rooms and beds were spotless. It is a little far in terms of location, there is no nearby market, etc. around it, there is a cafe in front of it, you can buy some basic food from there, Migros does not deliver to the location, so I recommend you to go after shopping. A calm and peaceful house in a beautiful village in Şile. We stayed for 3 nights and never needed to go out. The house is very attentive and beautifully done, comfortable. All kitchen supplies are available. Our neighbor was also a very lovely couple who lived there all the time. They also have a calm and sweet dog and they have a very calm dog in the garden. We also went with our dog and had no problems at all. Mr. Aytekin was very interested and quickly responded to all our questions. It was a nice break when we were resting. & Thank you for everything

The most beautiful feature of the place is the view of the lake and it makes you feel alone with nature. The house is just in the back, as in the pictures, there is a section that is off limits to guests. There are houses on both sides, but there's a distance that feels comfortable and free. The design of the garden, sitting area, etc. is stylish and simple. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a person who does her best to make you comfortable. Also equipped and friendly. You'll love it when you get to know it. Everything was as nice as we expected during our short vacation. See you again…
