Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sea of Marmara

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

It was a mini holiday that we enjoyed very much, we spent 3 very peaceful days. It is a place where you can fully relax and enjoy the sea. The house is clean and tidy, the host Mr. Murat was a wonderful person with his smiling face, his advice and his help in everything we wanted, and I can't forget the fish he prepared himself... it was delicious :) It was a house that we would definitely want to go back to, thank you very much for everything.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

literally perfect. The hosts were very kind and smiling, very sweet people, they helped us with the slightest thing that came to our minds. I'm not even talking about the warm pool, the barbecue, everything is perfect.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. Mr. Turgut and his mother were friendly... We had a really pleasant and comfortable experience during our stay at the house. The house was even more beautiful and spotless than the photos. All our needs were considered, everything was complete. The host was extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. The only word was great. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for everything. A house with a spacious porch in a beautiful location. But it is not possible to go down around the stream, it is quite steep.

A very nice accommodation where a view over the city on the large roof terrace was possible and magnificent. In addition, a lively area within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean.

Apartment was clean modern and looked like the photos. The host was really responsive and helpful. Being able to park in the garage was a plus

Great location, in the heart of old town Balat. Close to all the area has to offer, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with the bonus of access to the rooftop terrace - great for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. Easy walking distance to ferry, tram and bus. Local advice from Sencen much appreciated. Local cafe’s and restaurants, shoe repair and transport options. Overall a 5 star stay !!

I’d recommend this little gem! 1000+ yr old building, be a part of history

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was very responsive and welcoming, with good local recommendations. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Istanbul!

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very nice. There was a single-vehicle parking space available. The view was perfect. Overall, we were very satisfied.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Keenan’s bungalow. Kenan is a very friendly host and is very helpful. The place looks exactly as you see it in the photos. It is in a quiet area that is nice and relaxing. We hope one day we can return and stay at one of Kenan’s places again.

I can say it was one of the most peaceful holidays I've ever had. We felt at home thanks to the location, the amenities, and the interest and relevance of the host.

The location of the house, the historical textures around it, its spacious and peaceful garden, the fact that it is in touch with nature, its attentive decoration... everything was almost fairytale. The environment is very authentic and calm, every detail is thought out. Since we stayed in April, nature was awakening; the sea was beautiful, the days with the sounds of birds are different. We really enjoyed it. The hosts, Ms. Başak and Mr. Celesay, were extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful people. Thanks to them, we felt very comfortable and safe. It was a short vacation for us but very good for our soul. We sincerely appreciate everything.

Everything was very nice, extremely pleasant, there was no problem with the amenities, they brought it to its location in 10 minutes from the magnets above the closet without having any problems, and there was a grocery store just 2 minutes away, it was a perfect experience, I hope the host, Ms. Seyda, for your interest and commitment, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your INTEREST in the host MS.
