Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sea of Marmara

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The house is very nice and there is a raft in the bathroom, the accommodation was very quiet, there is a very wonderful garden and the house is all available and clean

I had a pleasant day with my family. The comfort of the pool being consistently warm and the fact that there is a combi boiler inside the house has been the details. Apart from that, nobody is a wonderfully peaceful home. Apart from that, for the last time, it is a wonderfully peaceful house.

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Very big and cozy space with all the amenities needed and a nice living room to chill and relax

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

This place was reasonably priced, clean and convenient to all the sites we wanted to see. Mehmet and his brother took great care of us, booking airport transfers, the Bosporus cruise, and giving us good advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Transportation was easy, their communication was very strong

Great apartment in an awesome location...close to the action and an easy walk to places of interest. Host runs a shop downstairs and is super friendly and helpful. Place was super clean and just as described. Definitely not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues. located far from where cars can easily get and up 4 flights of spiral stairwell, but if you are mibile it is perfect.

I would like to thank Egemen. For his foresight and effort against the problems that may arise. My priority for these short term holidays is complete communication, cleanliness, and minimal effort. Thanks to the sovereign, we had a weekend as we wanted. I was very happy not to have a clean, tidy and hot water problem. Would definitely prefer it again.

Friendly and caring host. Clean and tidy stay

First of all, Mr. Kenan was very hospitable, he helped us quickly when we had a question. The interior of the bungalow was spotless, the heating was very good, although it was cool outside in the evenings, the interior of the bungalow was warm. Likewise, we did not have a shortage of hot water for the hot tub. It was a really peaceful weekend for us with an incredible view. We felt comfortable at home, whether the cleanliness of the house and even the smallest item we could need in the house were considered. We would definitely like to come back another time. We would also like to thank Mr. Kenan.

The location of the house, the historical textures around it, its spacious and peaceful garden, the fact that it is in touch with nature, its attentive decoration... everything was almost fairytale. The environment is very authentic and calm, every detail is thought out. Since we stayed in April, nature was awakening; the sea was beautiful, the days with the sounds of birds are different. We really enjoyed it. The hosts, Ms. Başak and Mr. Celesay, were extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful people. Thanks to them, we felt very comfortable and safe. It was a short vacation for us but very good for our soul. We sincerely appreciate everything.

Everything was very nice, extremely pleasant, there was no problem with the amenities, they brought it to its location in 10 minutes from the magnets above the closet without having any problems, and there was a grocery store just 2 minutes away, it was a perfect experience, I hope the host, Ms. Seyda, for your interest and commitment, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your INTEREST in the host MS.
