My stay at Onur’s place was fantastic! The staff, Emrah especially, were incredibly helpful, offering tips on local tours and restaurant recommendations. When I found myself a bit short on cash for a taxi, they were kind enough to help me out. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here!

The Galley Hotel was extremely accommodating to us for our 14+ person family reunion in Istanbul! This trip's purpose was for our family from Ukraine, Georgia, and America to all meet in one place for the first time in years, and we are so glad we chose The Galley Hotel for our extended stay. It was a perfect location both for accessing the city, having a spot to rest and recharge, and hosting family breakfasts and dinners. The hotel's resources were also very reliable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfasts we ordered were the perfect way to start our days, and the kitchen was such a vital part of our stay, providing for a place to gather, eat, and play games as a family. The front desk and cleaning staff were absolutely the highlight of our stay. Not only are they available 24 hours a day, but they were extremely communicative with us, just a phone call or text message away if we needed any help or wanted to book any experiences in Istanbul. Great one specific the food

Overall, it was a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and situated in a very convenient neighborhood. I had to cancel one day due to my flight schedule, and the cancellation was approved immediately with a prompt refund initiated.

We had a short vacation, but we had to extend it, but they were interested. I would like to thank Mr. Taner. I recommend it, living space is made among the greenery. Of course, you should not forget to enjoy the jacuzzi against the view of Sapanca Lake ☺️

the accommodation is important, but the trust given by the operator is more important. Mr. Yüksel is a successful and sensitive person in this regard. He is very respectful of his guests. my accommodation is right in the center. It is an environment where you can take regular walks. It is an average of 7 minutes between my accommodation place and the port. An accommodation in the center of the garden. You can drink tea and coffee in the garden and read a book, if you want, you can burn a barbecue and eat your meal.

I stayed in 2 of Erkan's apartments for a month. Erkan was a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and very clean. There were some issues with things breaking- mainly the air conditioners and stove. However, Erkan sent people to fix both issues right away. The location was very peaceful. It was very nice to come home to such a quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very hilly (like a lot of Istanbul) and no real food within walking distance except a couple of tiny eateries. There are two really great malls just a 5-10 minute drive away, though, so we frequented those a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

It was very clean, the employees were very helpful, the room was very small in the wood market, but it was not enough for us, it was not a problem for us

There are two Byzantine ruins, the Little Hagia Sophia Mosque and Boukoleon Palace near this hotel.You can see the Marmara Sea from the balcony.Zeynep was very patient. She sent me a message reminder when I forgot about check-out time.

I am very glad that I chose this accommodation. The first thing that pleasantly surprised me was the constant communication and support from the owners. They took care of me from the moment of booking until the moment of arrival, were always ready to help and attentive to details. The hotel is located near the Istanbul airport, on the seashore.
