Vacation rentals with a patio in Sea of Marmara

The place is exactly like described and the communication was wonderful. It was close to the center and to the public transport. Though we had to cut out trip short, it was definitely all that was needed.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

A perfect place to explore Balat and further afield. Our taxi from the airport struggled to locate exact address of property and his vehicle didn't like the very narrow cobbled streets!!

Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

Elif was super helpful. He opened the doors for us in person and fixed a sliding door that was off track before we checked in. Instructions were clear and the place had everything that we needed as tourists in Istanbul. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this stay for a group of 5-6.

Clean apartment with best view that you can find in entire Istanbul! Very responsive host. They helped us with luggage (which is a big thing), transportation (which was cheaper and more comfortable than at the airport, so I strongly recommend to arrange through them)! The location is not far from Galata port, Taksim and Galata( walking distance) There is one thing that you need to consider before booking; the entire area is up on a hill and you will have to walk the steps even to get to the cab. We had a stroller, kid and a disabled person and it was very challenging for us. But that’s not the host’s issue of course, but entire area.

It was a mini holiday that we enjoyed very much, we spent 3 very peaceful days. It is a place where you can fully relax and enjoy the sea. The house is clean and tidy, the host Mr. Murat was a wonderful person with his smiling face, his advice and his help in everything we wanted, and I can't forget the fish he prepared himself... it was delicious :) It was a house that we would definitely want to go back to, thank you very much for everything.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Mrs. Müge's house is a meticulously decorated modern village house. The house is clean and well-maintained, and has everything you need. Mrs. Müge is a very caring host and has thought of all the details for the comfort of her guests. The beach is within walking distance, Şile is about half an hour away. You can stay with family or friends and have a good time, whether in summer or winter. We will definitely come again.

literally perfect. The hosts were very kind and smiling, very sweet people, they helped us with the slightest thing that came to our minds. I'm not even talking about the warm pool, the barbecue, everything is perfect.

We stayed as a family with babies and were very satisfied. It was a great convenience for us to have a crib in the room. The house was clean; especially the kitchen utensils were spotless, and we were comfortable with cleaning during the stay thanks to the dishwasher and broom. The pool was clean and the garden was completely private to us, which provided great comfort. Everything needed was available in the kitchen and bathroom. There were all the necessary stuff for the barbecue, we had a pleasant time. The house is located in a quiet, nature and peaceful location. Being close to the grocery store and bakery was very practical in terms of daily needs. The host was very caring, we did not have any problems because the generator came on when there was a power outage. Check in and check out was also very easy and smooth. Definitely a value place in terms of price-performance, we would consider coming back. The only thing to note is that it can be encountered by flies and insects because it is in nature. If you are prepared for this, there will be no problem.

A house with a spacious porch in a beautiful location. But it is not possible to go down around the stream, it is quite steep.

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

We had a great time in Istanbul in this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a stone's throw from the Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to access the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is undoubtedly one of the best locations to discover Istanbul. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!

I had previously stayed in another apartment managed by this host and was happy to return. This apartment was just as wonderful - a quiet bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen (truly, it has everything you might need), and a perfect location. What I particularly appreciate about this host’s apartments is their impeccable cleanliness—you can tell great care and attention go into maintaining them. The location is ideal. If you’re arriving from Taksim Square with luggage, you can easily walk, as the route is relatively flat (not always the case with Cihangir). Highly recommended!
