Monthly Rentals in Scuola San Pietro

A very stylish accommodation in a former wine cellar vault. We were received in a very friendly manner and received many tips for the area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Good to know: The bedroom is only separated from the living room with a curtain. It is nice to sit on the terrace, but unfortunately we were not allowed to use the garden. All in all recommended if you are looking for a quiet, stylish accommodation.

We had such a great stay in Nicolò’s apartment. It was our first time visiting Marche and we'll definitely be back. Recanati is a great location as a base and its a beautiful, relaxing town with delicious food and lovely views. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected, it was clearly recently renovated and everything was in pristine condition. Nicolò was extremely responsive and helpful from the time of booking until we left. His mother, who checked us in, was very friendly and made everything easy for us. Thank you Nicolò for such a wonderful stay!

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Massimiliano's place what the perfect location, main piazza and shops walkabke distance. He made us feel at home and the space was clean, homely and peaceful. He is a fantastic host, very responsive and left a few treats for our arrival. Highly recommend. Grazie!
