We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

FABULOUS STAY!! ONE OF THE BEST ON AIR-BNB. Stunning location and the home was epic. Gorgeous old farmhouse with all the modern comets. Stayed with our entire family and the kids were so happy. Hot tub, walks and plenty of space to run around. Sarah always responded and was proactive to help us with anything. We even extended our stay we were having so much fun. We will be back.

We had a lively stay at Helen's, the garden is huge and is fenced (which was handy with a toddler), it has a playground and a small house for kids that our daughter loved. It also has a direct access to a field with two horses that were happy to be pet. The house itself is very large, clean, with a play room and lot of books and boardgames, and a very well equipped kitchen. We felt instantly at home. Helen even gave us spices we had forgotten and needed ro cook a dish. And of course, there was the jaccuzzi! It was the perfect gataway for a long week end. Would 100% recommend!

We went for our friend’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The hot tub and Sauna was just lovely and very relaxing. Lovely cottage perfect for 4 people. The host was very responsive and recommended a fabulous restaurant nearby. I would advise to come to Diss by car as the cab service was not great so had difficulty getting about. You have to book cabs in advance. Overall it was Great weekend

I have to start by saying what a tremendously attentive host Nikki was with us before and during our fantastic stay at the Rookery Barns (Peregrine)! We were greeted with warmth & a smile by Nikki and shown around the Peregrine Barn we’d booked in the peaceful North Norfolk countryside. Immediate impressions were wow and the photos really do a great job of how luxurious the barn is when you step inside. The kitchen & living area is roomy and warm, plus have everything you need and more! Nikki had supplied a generous welcome basket of milk, tea, cookies, etc and even a couple of Easter eggs 😊 which were gratefully received by our two daughters! The hot tub outside in the back garden was a delight & we all thoroughly enjoyed whiling away the evening in there watching the sunset and listening to the various local fauna. The bathroom and bedrooms are all super stylish, roomy and pristinely clean. The bed’s were a little on the soft/spring side for our personal liking but that’s all! 5

Absolutely fantastic weekend away , The apartment was as described and contained everything we needed plus more. Great location conveniently 5 minutes walk from the Beach and 10 minutes into town - along a beautiful Seaview promenade. I would certainly recommend the putting green cafe for breakfast , its the closest and the full English was on point. We loved our stay at this gorgeous cottage in Southwold. Great location, tastefully decorated, cosy with a great kitchen for cooking. Fantastic water pressure in the shower and comfortable beds. Kerry was a great host and communicated really well. We had a really relaxing stay in beautiful Southwold.

We always stay here when visiting north Norfolk. Love little cottage with everything you need.

Lovely private cabin in beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful and lots of activity space outside (we set up a badminton court!) The photos don't do the cabin justice! Plenty big enough for 4 adults and a dog. Debbie was extremely helpful and responsive, would definately come back.

Lovely accommodation. Very rustic and would suit most who like a bohemian lifestyle. We enjoyed our stay, although the uneven floors and steep stairs to the top bedroom presented a challenge. We arrived very late, in the dark, and although we had a little difficulty finding the property, Kate was very helpful, and we found our way. Overall, a great stay.

Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

The Old Smoke Cottage was perfect for us as a family. Beautiful setting, good amout of parking and easy walking distance to a great restaurant, and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

Perfect location. Really comfortable space. Everything we needed. Fab having access to the swimming pool. It wasn't busy, so we had relative flexibility to use the pool at the times we wished. Easy access to local places to visit for a great holiday including long walks on beautiful beaches. Would recommend!

This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest.The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.

Great cottage. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room and all of the basics covered. The Goat Shed farm shop & cafe was SO much more than we had expected - fabulous! How wonderful to see a great business thriving. Great range, gorgeous food, amazing staff who went out of their way to help us even when we needed an iron (which was not in their job description). Would recommend everything about The Goat Shed and the accommodation.

A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
