Very nice and quiet stay in downtown phx! Perfect for 2 guests looking for a nice relaxing get away.

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Brilliant condo, lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. Great location, couldn’t have chosen better. Quick and easy to take an Uber into Old Scottsdale. Quiet and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time! Aaron was a great host, communication was quick. Totally recommend.

Such a beautiful home and we felt very relaxed in the home! Everything we needed in the home was provided. A great selection of any type of dish needed for cooking and a great selection of spices available for cooking! The home was clean, and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The host was nice and communicated in a timely manner and that certainly was a huge plus! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Matthew's place was wonderful! The perfect spot for a weekend getaway. He was super helpful with recommendations on places to eat and drink, even had a guide in the house to give ideas on what to do around Scottsdale. When we needed assistance, he was so fast to respond. The house was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there.

Matthew’s place was stunning - the pictures are accurate, but cannot fully capture how comfortable the house is. The beds were so comfy, as were the couches and outdoor furniture. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we spent so much time in the private backyard. Matthew was a very responsive host and we would definitely stay again!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Carolinas place for our long weekend - it was the perfect place for us! We loved spending our afternoons by the pool and evenings by the fire. Everything was clean and as a host, Carolina was super responsive. We appreciated that she gave us an early check in as one of the group members arrived in Phoenix early in the day! We had a plumbing issue on the very last night but Carolina assured us that she would have this addressed. Would recommend this place to any big group needing a comfortable, clean and entertaining place to stay!

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

Excellent home! The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. An added bonus, two main suites! The backyard is so fun and really beautiful.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. I was a first time guest at an Airbnb home and a bit anxious about it. As soon as I walked in, my trepidation evaporated. I was impressed with the home’s welcoming atmosphere and how relaxing it was. The supplies were well stocked and presented. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable. I’m hoping to stay there again in the future when visiting my granddaughter. Thank you, Alicia!

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Great place, looks exactly like the photos. There’s a bunch of amenities for kitchen and bathroom. Really great area also! Tons of places around!
