Can walk to Old Town, but if you aren’t in the mood for about a 15 minute trek an Uber is recommended. Golf carts are always available and can pick you up and drop you off very easily. Usually charge about ten dollars. Lime Bikes are very popular and make for a quick and cheap bike ride down the road to shopping and dining.

A pull out sleeper sofa accommodates up to 2 additional guests. Open up the sliding wall of glass to access your private patio oasis with brick and grass areas, vine covered walls, gas BBQ, fire pit, and patio seating. Kirkland Place is located less than 1 mile from Arizona State Campus near downtown Tempe, AZ. Within 1-2 mile radius you have easy access to walking/bike paths, boating, and special events at Tempe Town Lake. Shopping, dining, and entertainment at Tempe Marketplace is only a few blocks away, about 1 mile. Light rail and free Orbit shuttle route is within a few blocks. You are about 7-10 minutes driving to old town Scottsdale which is a huge draw for dining and nightlife. Consider Kirkland Place your headquarters for Cubs Spring Training which is within 2 miles. This unit is centrally located to 3 freeway exits, loop 101, 202, and the 60. Sky Harbor Airport is a quick 7-10 minute car ride away. ASU main campus, Sun Devil stadium, and downtown Mill Avenue shopping and nightlife are within a mile. Several other Spring training facilities are within about 5 miles. The Phoenix Open, public golf courses, shopping, dining, and world class hiking are not far away. Exclusive full and private access to the two bedroom two bathroom condo with private interior laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a small backyard area for private entertaining that includes a small patio set, market umbrella, fire pit, and charcoal grill. There is one assigned covered carport spot and first come first serve uncovered spots in the parking lot. The community pool is across the parking lot with 24/7 keyed access. Quiet hours for the complex starts at 10 pm. Although there is no on-site management, most of the neighbors are full time residents so please be respectful . The complex consists of all private homes with many being rentals. There is a mix of retirees, college students, and young professionals that make Casitas East home. I am available by phone, text, or email and will try to answer your questions the same day. I live only a few blocks away and can be there quickly if any problems arise. The home is in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in the valley of the sun. Arizona State University, Sun Devil Football, and the Mill Avenue shopping district are located just down the street. Perfect location for spring training with The Cubs stadium being only 2 miles away. Tempe Town Lake is within 1 mile, as well as shopping and dining at Tempe Marketplace. This is the perfect location for marathons like Ironman and Rock n Roll. Only minutes away from oldtown Scottsdale and more! Uber and Lyft are abundant. Tempe's free Orbit bus route and bus stop is a small walk from the condo and will take you to mill Avenue shopping district, football games, and Tempe Marketplace among other places. Route and maps are available online. Light rail is walkable and a few blocks from the complex at the intersection of McClintock and Apache Blvd. Bicycles and scooters are available to rent on almost every block. There is an Enterprise car rental center just down the street located on McClintock Drive if you need to rent a car. The thermostat is turned off when no one is staying at the unit. To turn on just touch the screen and it will light up. You can then turn on heat or cooling and set the temperature to your liking by pressing the up or down arrows. Please turn off when you check out, or turn up the air when not in use.

There are two bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms in the house, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. This house is situated in a landscaped oasis with plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Inside There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that you can use. There is one bedroom and a few closets that we use to store our stuff and those will not be available for your use, but all other spaces are yours. The living room has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Hulu with fast wifi. Outside The patio allows for dining under the lights, and lounging in the hammock. Fast WiFi reaches throughout the entire place, including the outdoor patio and porch areas. Please let us know if you would like to use the gas grill. On hot Arizona days, we recommend taking a dip in the stock tank pool (closed during fall/winter). The backyard is a shared space. We also Airbnb the back guest house and you could be sharing the backyard with other guests. Every question I had (even the smallest ones) was met with kindness, patience, and prompt, helpful responses. Throughout my stay, Sara went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sara anticipated needs I hadn’t even thought of and made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. It's rare to meet someone so thoughtful and dedicated – not just to providing a great stay, but to making you feel like a valued guest and a friend. It wasn’t just hospitality – it was heart. I left not only impressed, but truly grateful. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate. The place is awesome, but it’s Sara who makes it exceptional. We had a wonderful week at the house. Lots to do right on the property. Fun playing cornhole and using the putting green. Grandkids loved the pool and playing the games in the garage. The basketball hoop at the pool was an especially big hit! The pool is advertised as heated but it was quite chilly. Didn’t keep the kids from enjoying hours in the pool but the adults didn’t spend as much time in the water. The house was lovely inside and the hosts couldn’t have been more responsive during our stay and after we left. I accidentally left some things behind and they have arranged to mail those items back to me.

Grant was an exceptional host. the airbnb felt like a home away from home while we were having renovations to our house. Gated, quiet neighborhood with great walking paths for the dogs and a nice playground for the kiddo. Backyard chaird were falling apart due to weather and the host replaced them within days. Extremely accomodating with last minute reservations and extensions. Probably the best stay I've had on the app.

My husband and I were in search for a quiet private house with a pool that was within a 15 minute drive from downtown Scottsdale. This house was an absolute gem! Wonderfully quiet and safe neighborhood with a fully decked out house- loved the ceiling fans in all rooms and the extra fan in one of the guest closets. Hangers for clothes and plenty of towels for in and outdoor use. Our dogs felt right at home! Would gladly stay again. Thank you!

We had a lovely time staying in this penthouse apartment. This place is so cute and so much fun. We were in town for a wedding, but couldn’t wait to get back to this place every night. We played pool and watched movies during our down time. This is my husband’s favorite airbnb to date. Also, the beds are so comfortable! We love firm mattresses and these were just right. Felt like a little oasis. Note: this is located downtown in a major city. Folks who are down on their luck may be nearby. Just treat it like any other city. Mind your business and be alert. I say that out of an abundance of caution, because we were just fine and would love to go back. It was extremely private and I felt very safe knowing I had multiple gates separating me from the world. Note re mobility: Please be aware that there is no elevator. Somehow I missed that part. We were fine but my grandmother would not have been able to make it. Read carefully!

This is my third stay with Craig and Anita. I stayed about a month each time. During each trip, 1-3 of my family members joined me at some point. We enjoyed having two bedrooms and lots of sitting space in the living room on the very comfy couches. The beds were also comfortable, linens were spotless and rotated out. They deep cleaned every other week. The kitchen has all the best appliances, like an insta pot and toaster oven. There's an iron and ironing board. I've not found a better place anywhere in town. There wasn't a speck of dust in the place, and everything we've needed was there- paper towels, bath tissue, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, etc. This is definitely my favorite place out of many states travelled in the past year! I wish all hosts were like Craig and Anita.

Top Airbnb we’ve stayed at! The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The property has an awesome pool and convenient gas grills, perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Old Towne, with plenty of great restaurants and walking and running paths nearby. We’ll definitely rebook Kris’s place the next time we’re in Scottsdale!
