Pleased with the well stocked kitchen including coffee! Very cute and clean! Only negative was the low shower head in the slanted ceiling but we managed to get clean!

We stayed at Lauren’s place with my parents and had a wonderful experience. The home was cozy, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time there!

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate New Year’s with our family. The house is very spacious, with large, bright rooms and a huge living room perfect for gathering together. It’s equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is super convenient — the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Despite being near the train tracks, we barely noticed it, hearing only a couple of faint whistles over three days. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return!

This house was perfect! It was really cozy and had everything we could have wanted. It was pretty apparent they put a lot of thought into making the house inviting, plus it had an amazing view of Mt. Shasta!

Great place to stay right in downtown, walkable to everything we needed. Large yard and great space in the house for our group and dogs. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great stay! Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. The place was very comfortable and clean, and it was an easy walk to coffee and other restaurants. My favorite was the heated bathroom floor! ☺️We would definitely stay again.

At Janet’s place, you don’t just stay—you truly feel like you belong. There’s a deep sense of connection, of being part of something bigger. Black Butte stands in its perfect triangular shape outside the kitchen window, and Mt. Shasta sits in full view from the living room, like a quiet guardian blessing the space. Light flows through the house, bringing warmth and a peaceful presence. With open views of Mt. Shasta, it feels like nature is gently holding and guiding you. You can witness sunrises, sunsets, moonrises, and moonsets—all from one spot. That alone is such a gift. The location is ideal—calm and quiet, yet close to town and everything you need. Janet’s local tips were helpful and added to the experience. She communicates with kindness and clarity. The space is clean, peaceful, and energetically aligned. You can feel it’s held with care and intention. The presence of St. Germain’s energy is subtle but strong. Highly recommend—and we’d love to come back.

Steve and Kathryn were both very kind and responsive. Their instructions for everything were laid out in clear detail, from how to set up the TV to getting everything set up for checkout. Would highly recommend, particularly if you’re interested in visiting the Mt Shasta area as a lot of the sites we visited were within an hour drive.

Howard and Mary’s place was absolutely perfect. It was the second time we stayed there and we decided we will book this stay next time we go to Shasta. We love how clean and organized the house is. The kitchen is roomy and equipped with everything you need. The house is spacious and very comfortable.
